We stayed in the Genji chalet, one of two in the group. Located in Niseko on the island of Hokaido, the snow is thick deep powder that is the best skiing I have ever experienced. The chalets are located an easy walk to regular shuttles serving all of the ski fields, and shops,though as part of the service the chalet...

We had a group of 7 stay here and couldn't have hoped for more. The photo's don't do it justice. The apartment is excellent and comfortably fitted all of us in, was well appointed and well laid out. The best part is the contact, Andy, if we needed anything he was always on hand and handled all of our questions...

We rented both properties for a group of 16 adults and 3 children travelling for the ski season in early February. The properties were well laid out, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the facilities in each house were fantastic. I would recommend these houses for big groups, especially with children, because despite being on three levels, there were clever...

A week at Genji and we didn't want to leave...A combination of terrific powder, ease of access to the slopes, waking up to the option of a cooked breakfast, transfers to the slopes and a terrific skiing guide at your disposal...doesn't get much better!!!
