1)The shower was non functional, incredibly ancient, almost no lighting at all, had to request someone to attempt to fix the shower every day but made very little difference, showered in cold water the first day then when that part was somewhat fixed, there was hardly any water at all coming from the shower head. We dreaded having a shower which is something so important. 2)No housekeeper around which was odd. 3)Waited 2 hours for simple breakfast to be served. 4)The person who took us to our room upon arrival, watched us struggled up the stairs with our suitcases and never even offered to help. 5)Room is in desperate need of an upgrade. 6)Won’t return and won’t recommend to others.

1)Non-functional shower which had to be addressed several times per day, even after being addressed each time, still didn’t work properly at all. 2)Room in desperate need of an upgrade from floors to bathroom. 3)Bathroom lighting is almost equivalent to having no lighting at all. 4)Limited housekeeping due to covid which was difficult to understand since you’d expect more housekeeping due to the pandemic. 5)Very difficult to get in contact with. Had to call reservations several times simply to get through to the front desk.

We have been coming to CoCo Reef for perhaps 25 years - before Eric was GM (he was F&B manager at the time). Coco Reef was Eric and vice-versa. It was the reason that so many guests returned without fail year after year. Our trip in March was wonderful as always. Whilst a lick of paint here and there was perhaps needed (and where in the heat of the Caribbean is that not the case) and the food not quite up to Michelin standards, the lovely, relaxing ambiance persisted, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. No doubt the owners had their reasons, but to part with such a superb and committed manager - especially in such troubled times and with no communication to regular guests - can perhaps be best explained as an error of judgement. After so many years of loyal support, we, as many others, are unlikely to return.

beautiful resort, fabulous food, staff very helpful and polite. The manager Mr Eric Feniet ,was the heart of the resort. Always available and willing to help you have a perfect holiday. Nothing was too much for the hotel, truly paradise However, having discovered that Mf Feniet is no .longer manager, we will not be returning to coco reef,it is with regret we made this decision, as we visited the rexort for 7 consecutive years ,the resort will not be the same without the same management. ,
