My husband and I recently stayed at Store Bay Holiday Resort and whilst it really wasn't bad it isn't somewhere we'd go back to. The rooms were clean but very small. Also they weren't enclosed so when you're lying in bed you're staring at the stove fridge, etc. They had a heated pool which was the highlight of the place...

I recently stayed at the Store Bay Holiday Resort and it was awful. The rooms were extremely tiny, they say they have kitchenettes but they don't, they have a two burner hotplate. Their swimming pool is always congested not to mention quite small and don't even start with the electrical outlets, one, just one to plug in the stove, fridge...

I made a reservation at this hotel and had to cancel. I called one day after I made the reservation and cancelled because a death in my family prevented me from travelling. The hotel staff proceeded to call me on the day of the reservation asking what time I would be in then proceeded to berate me at the top...

I visited this hotel with my wife in November 2009. I stayed for 3 days and wished I could be there for a week. Fully equipped apartments, air conditioned, clean bathrooms, great location, beautiful pool and efficient and reliable staff were all the order of the day. Carol, Alicia and Sue-Ellen, hats off to you ladies for the wonderful job...
