I found this quaint and well appointed historic hotel a most pleasant place to stay. The freshly made breakfasts were a delight. The room was large and in good condition. The bathroom was modern with all facilities. I would well recommend this hotel.

If you're going to stay in Morpeth make sure you stay at the Bronte. The rooms are well appointed and it is conveniently located on the main street of Morpeth. Beautiful old worldly vibe and wonderful staff with an amazing included breakfast. Cannot fault this place. Definitely value for money.

We were traveling back to Melbourne from a wedding in Byron Bay wanting to experience a little of the Hunter Valley. We chose the Bronte with no other information than trip adviser reviews. We unfortunately got caught up in roadworks on the Pacific highway and didn't get there till quite late. We hadn't read the arriving late instructions and so...

We do have a downstairs room, if the stairs are challenging and where breakfast can be served. Please visit us again and enjoy the quaint...

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the quaint town of Morpeth. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms beautifully fitted out. Great value, friendly staff and central location in the Hunter region. We would recommend this to couples.

Stayed just before Christmas. This is not a modern hotel but an old historic terrace that has been modernised. It has character, lots of it. Immediate impression was that room was clean with quality linen and bedding. Had a restful nights sleep. Liked the high pillow which was not so firm as to be uncomfortable but sufficiently firm to provide...
