The resort has a great landscape but is not well maintained. We rented a duplex house which needs renovation, specially the bath rooms. Pools are dirty i dont even dared to swim, no security guards, theres a lot of dogs and cats roaming around. Food isnt great at all.

The hotel looks old and some rooms needs upgrading, however I didn't mind because I fell in love with the view of the Capones island right across the hotel. The beach is clean and water is clear. The kids enjoyed the kayak by the lake. There are two pools that needs cleaning. Apart from the areas that needs upgrading this...

Subic Bay is so polluted and unswimmable, you should drive across the peninsula for about an hour to the ocean beaches at Pundaquit. They are beautiful and secluded. Our family really enjoyed our day at Punta de Uian, especially the popular outrigger ride out to the Capones islands for swimming in the clear, turquoise water. We had a good meal...

My cousins who were having their vacation at that time asked me to take care of our beach getaway. Conditions - it has to be near Pampanga, beautiful and affordable. I was only given a couple of weeks to close it. Luckily, I was able to book in this resort. Transaction went smoothly. Number of pax can be huggled, free...

Since it was the 2nd time for us to visit. We suggested the place to several friends to bring their families over for the holy week break on April 1. While I thought the initial room showed to us was ok when we had the reservation, we were given another unit since the first one we saw was occupied. I...

Our Company had our summer outing and hands down, our choice this year is Punta de Uian, very spacious, with open bar and a very wide function hall facing the sea and the Capones Island where one can do boat hopping and conquer the lighthouse up there above sea level. I think, its one of the best hotel destinations as...

My second time in punta de uian. It seems that this resort is getting old. I'm okay with the rooms and villas (since I'm not really picky) but the facilities are not well maintained. The villas are nice and big but the swimming pool's water is a bit yellowish not sure if it is because of the flooring or the...

Punta de Uian offers a large villa that can host more than 10pax! We came here with less expectation but we were surprised with the service during our entire stay. 1. Location - convenient 2. Kitchen - very big for the family and group of friends 3. Veranda - nice place for cooking and coffee sessions 4. Room - spacious...

It was my second time in Punta de Uian. I chose to stay in this resort again as it is the only place that will give comfort to our little kids. The resort is big and has a lot of villas. It's a nice place to stay in if you wish to visit Anawangin, Nagsasa and Camara. These islands are...
