Charming B&B with clean rooms. Friendly owner. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. On sunny days, the breakfast is served on the terrace. Parking is available on the site. Good location to visit Siracusa, Noto, Ragussa. It’s only 1km to the nearest beach. It's difficult to find, hopefully this helps: Drive from Pozzallo to Ispica on Strada Provinciale 46.... More

It's like a French Chateau, but then on Sicily. Very nice and helpful owner, clean rooms, nice view, nice smells, close to the beach (club Soda) nice realex after a day driving, close to the Baroque city's like Siracusa, Noto (wine), Ragusa (Ibla) Modica etc. It's for us a place to come back, because we have to see more, and... First of all the attention must be given to the owner Michele and his wife. who are keeping this place so well cleaned and organized. Michele is also a very nice gentleman with a lot of information about the area, the beaches and where to go to eat for lunch or dinner. He never fails a suggestion. His mood is... More

Great vistas, interesting countryside. Michele the host, is extremely helpful and everything provided, food, information and accommodation is very high quality and well prepared. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts and evening meal that we had the first night delicious. The villa is sited so that you are easily able to access Notto, Syracusa, Modica and many other... More

Villa Giannina is a beautiful place with a vast view of the sea and only 1km away from the seaside and beaches. Our room was very spacious - including the bathroom - airy, with a refrigerator and it even had a little patio for us to sit outside. Michele is a phantstic host - a great actor and comedian too... We have spend there one week holiday in the middle of October and we are more than satisfied. First of all, location - it's just perfect if you rent a car: it's 5 min way from the beach, 30 min-2h way to from all of the tourist attractions of Ragusa (Ispica, Noto, Modica, Scisli, Isola delle correnti Marzamemi), but in... We stayed for five nights in late June and loved it! This is an attractive old farm, cultivating olives and citrus fruits, and its wonderfully peaceful. Not many other guests during our stay so we had plenty of time to chat with the owner who gave super advice to help us see and experience the region. Delicious homemade granita too!... More

There is nothing really wrong about this agriturismo, but also nothing that could get you overly excited. Rooms are largely ok, quiet, although the bathroom could do with a good scrub. Furniture is rather worn, beds squeaky. Aircon is appreciated, the absence of flynets is not. Warm water does not work at times, and water hammer is present. Was someone... More

We celebrated my friend's birthday here when she turned 40. Good food and a beautiful garden. The owner organised a local band to play for us and let us borrow PC and projector. We had a wonderful stay!

A truly charming place. We've only stayed three nights, but it's a good place to spend an entire holiday. First of all, the views from the property are stunning, the property is surrounded by olive groves and lemon trees, and it is blessed with a wonderful sea view. I cannot imagine how it must be to wake up to such... More
