Great location near the beach. Helpful staff. Cleaners came in most days. Basic apartment and the walls are thin. But great value over all and good for families. The pool was chilly, but the kids went in. Useful bike hire shop over the road and there is a great coffee shop around the corner.

We had a booking at an Iberostar hotel but when we arrived this was a building site and after a charmless encounter with its sister hotel next door who refused to help( see previous review) we found ourselves out on the street late at night. We drove into Puerto Pollensa and saw the Flora open and thought we should give...

Stayed her for four nights, but wishes we'd stayed longer! It is situated two streets from the beach. Great location. With a Spa opposite and a mini supermarket very close too. Apartment is very well equipped and a a great size. Sofa beds comfortable and easy to sort out. Beds comfortable too (if slightly on the hard side - but...

Really enjoyed a fabulous 4 night stay here. Our Hibiscus Top Floor Apartment was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony . Had all you need for self catering which is what we like. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. A great base to explore for walking to Cala Boquer, Cala San Vicente and Pollensa. Close to all shops,...

Stayed here in August 2016 and we were more than happy with our stay. These appts. are more than 3* in my opinion due to the cleanliness and proximity to the beach. We stayed B&B and the food was fine and plentiful, catering for a hearty full English! The only downside that has been stated by previous reviewers is the...

This is my favourite aparthotel. it's a couple of minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and when we requested a room with a pool view they gave us exactly what we asked for. The barman also makes the best Pina Coladas in Pollensa.

Hotel is quite modern with very good location just in the middle of everything. Apartment is quite spacious with good equipped kitchen. There is a TV with channels in Spanish, German and English. Our apartment had a plenty of sockets, but some of them were quite old and I had to be careful plugging and unplugging. The bathroom is large...

The hotel location was ideal for walks to the beach and along the Pine Walk promenade. The facilities were a little more basic than expected but the waiter and reception staff were helpful. The kitchenette was handy for afternoon snacks and tea making. Using the extremely salty tap water for tea is a mistake you only make once, but the...
