Superb Hotel friendly staff, very clean throughout the Hotel The only problem we had was that it was really too quiet as the season had come to an end There were not enough bars and cafes open for the time of the year We would come and stay here again but would come either May, June or September We had...

Nice Hotel with traditional flair. Unbeatable location. Breakfast on terrace offers good quality. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff. Cappuccino next door nice but too expensive. We will come back soon

Love this hotel. Visited twice this year and spent a lovely 40th wedding anniversary last year in a room at the front overlooking the bay. Therefore it saddens me to report that I won't be returning next year as a few fellow guests have also advised me also due to the unjustified hike in the rates for accommodation when booking...

Dear Mr King Thank you for your kind words about the hotel, however I am confused as we havent had an "unjustified hike in rates for accommodation" but dont get me wrong I wish we had!!! It would be interesting but serve no purpose, to find out who at Jet2 told you "its due to the owners putting up the...

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely outside on the terrace with the beautiful sea view as a backdrop. Our only concern as we were in room 116 was 12 hours of music being played not from the attached cappuccino bar but from a next door dress shop. I did complain at reception about the 12 or more hours of...

Just back from our first visit to Puerto Pollensa and the Hotel Sis Pins. There's a lot to like about this hotel, not least its location right in the heart of the pine walk. It has a certain amount of charm in the public area and reception and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful. The breakfast...

Lovely Hotel. Spotlessly clean. We had a sea view and what a view! Accommodating and Informative Staff. We arrived on My Husband's Birthday and a Lovely Touch from the Hotel Staff was A Chilled Bottle Of Fizz in an Ice Bucket waiting for Us in our Room. Didn't understand the Rush of some Guests to dash to get a Sun...

Our 3rd stay. Only when you stay at this hotel will you truly understand how it feels to stay somewhere with history and feeling. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable; beds do need a topper if you need a soft sleep. If you can stretch to it go for a sea view, waking up...

Unfortunately only available for one night. What a find, lovely traditional little hotel. Very good location with a fabulous view from the rooms balcony. Spotlessly clean, very peaceful and very efficient staff. Breakfast (incl) was plentiful with an excellent choice of local produce.

...as soon as I walked into this little hotel it reminded me of hotels in Jersey from the 1990's. It has a very English feel to it and the clientele who use this hotel were certainly the types of customers who enjoy a hotel like this which is home from home. I'll start by saying the hotel was clean and...

Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. I know you were only with us for one night but if you would've mentioned that you like your mattresses a little softer we could have fitted mattress toppers for you. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future. Many thanks Richard
