Nestled in the midst of a coconut ridden countryside is a lovely little getaway called Baan Thai Damnoen Canal Hotel. The owners are so friendly and speak good English so communication is never a problem. They helped us with transport to and from Amphawa. The rooms are clean and fresh and situated by the canal. The canal boats are busy...

We arrived very late at the Baan Thai Damnoen and were greeted by the owner already when we got out of the car. He gave us a free update to a canal view room, because he wasn't booked out, and was very friendly in showing us around the property and we had some great conversations (we also met him on...

Baan Thai Damnoen is very lovely small resort. It’s located on small canal in countryside of Ratchaburi. It’s peaceful and beautiful. Staffs are very friendly. Room is great, spacious and well decorated. Food is tasty. However, the noise of boats is noisy.
