Not cleaned hotel, not hospitality staff. They write that they have private parking, but it's false. Poor breakfast. When we came downstairs to ask where is restaurant , the woman on reception talked on phone and didn't put any attention on us. So we found it by ourself. Totally dirty. Never stay again.

We decided to stay here for our last 2 nights in Sicily, instead of Catania. We wanted our last 2 nights to be in a picturesque town on the water. And, Acitrezza was an excellent choice. Hotel was nice, ocean view overlooking the large black boulders the Cyclops threw at Ulysses into the sea! Nice eateries are all within a...

This hotel was good. The breakfast was really great. The staff is very nice and lifeguard and breakfast server remembered us each day. The beds unfortunately are very very hard. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The Hotel is very charming, nicely directely at the seaside with a wonderful view. The rooms are big and ok, not to pretty and really getting ready for a renovation. the staff was very nice helpful. Busstop Close and a lot of seafood Restaurants nearby. The Hotel Website lookes better than the Hotel.

On the phone rate is 93EUR, but booking it here it is 70EUR.. Built in 70s with the charm of a bunker/ 2 storey car parking, hall stinks, not ventilated, main door broken (since!? When?!). Access to b/f is from outside, or thru a devastated in-ground tunnel 2m large... In there....the spoiled b/f area, a radio broadcasts funky noisy commercials....

Dear "not guest" (as you have not stayed at our hotel), your analysis made upon 10-15 minutes inspection in the entrance-hall and breakfast room of our hotel, without even a look at the room reserved, is impressive. We do not want to argue about architectural sense of beauty, nor about musical preferences, being these strictly personal. Your request on the...

If you want an hotel close to the sea in Aci Trezza this is probably the only option. That seems to be, imho, its the only positive aspect of the hotel. Whilst claiming 4 stars I have no idea what that is based on. The hotel seems to have been designed as a conference centre with the option of using...

The Hotel is listed as a 4* hotel but is nothing more than an average 3* hotel. Certain things such as chipped breakfast crockery and pealing ceiling paint are surely not on for 4* hotels. The Free Parking is nothing more than a joke. Wifi reception was poor However business is all about location and surely the location makes up...

Recommended by locals, you will not find a better breakfast with a view anywhere. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Television stations are limited to news if you're are English. Staff is excellent, helpful and courteous. A nice place to revisit.

A lovely spot for relaxation. Great staff, whether at reception (to promptly attend to every need from transport to a little hitch with a shower head), or the cleaning lady who, without even being asked to obligingly observed our habits to have our room done at a convenient time, or the lifeguard at the private sunlounger deck who was always...

The hotel is situated in a great spot. The views are magnificent, huge choice of places to dine out! Nice place to stay a night or two. We staid with a little toddler. The cot bed was set for us. The room was clean and tidy in an old Italian style. The continental breakfast was fulfilling. The downsize of that...
