Friendly owners, quaint. Air conditioner did not cool the room, and was not even vented to the outside. It was suppose to cool the room down to 70. I am a person who is always cold and sleeps with blankets all year round. I slept on top of the covers as it was so warm. Decor is outdated, green formica...

I gave it four stars because it's a very well-kept property. The staff (the owners) were both friendly and personable. The furniture was old, but clean, which is fine by me. They have an indoor pool, but I didn't try it. The air conditioner worked fine. The TV was an older model, but I don't watch TV.

I was taking a road trip through New England, and happened across this motel at dusk after seeing quite a few deer wandering into the roadway. As I hadn't seen any other motels since I left Bangor on the backroads, I stopped for the night. Having traveled for work to remote locations for years, I am used to staying at...

I greatly enjoy the amazing scenery, hiking and kayaking that this region has to offer. This was my first non-tent camping stay in the area because I was traveling with my family this time. For me, the stuff I value most as a traveler was fine. I was able to bring my dog. They had a good sized pool with...

Our group of quilters had a wonderful retreat at the Mollyockett. The owners, and staff were great, the food was fabulous and the sewing room was just what we needed. All this and reasonable prices! Worked out great for us.

For the last ten years our church has been using this motel for a weekend Ladies Retreat. We love it! Prices are right, food is wonderful and we have the privacy of the conference room. Thank you Fran and Tim for all the work you do to insure us a refreshing time away from home. You are certainly using the...

This place offers the option to rent 2 hrs of their pool and hot tub for $9 per person. I took my daughter there and we walked into the pool area. I expected what I saw in the photos. Instead what I got was a warm, not hot, hot tub with jets that barely do anything. Put it this way,...

I stayed with some friends on a tubing trip to Mt Abram and when checking in, the male proprietor winked at my single female friend as he gave her the room key. A bit weird. Then, she got to the room to find no windows and a ceiling tile askew in the bathroom. He knew about it but didn't offer...

The front of the building looks good but don't be fooled. There may as well have not been any walls because you could here everything! Walk down the hallways and you could here everyone's conversations clear as day! And the bedding was covered in stains and didn't even look like it had been washed! Me and my husband have traveled...

Hotel stay was quiet. The staff very friendly. Rooms are older and bathrooms not the best but for the price it's just fine. Kids enjoyed the pool. The restaurant on location is good too. A no frills stay with no real complaints.
