One of the quirkiest hotels I have ever encountered. The decor is incredibly eccentric, yet oddly enough, warm and inviting. The Thailand restaurant in the hotel is very good - many selections to choose from as well as their pub food. Prices are reasonable for this area.

From the bed in reception to the odd bedroom layout with giant mirror leaning against your wall, The Beacon is a boutique style hotel. Overall OK, but the rooms on the outside can suffer from road noise. Breakfast only starts at 07:00 which is also a little odd if looking to serve business guests. I've stayed on several occasions on...

I have stayed a few times on business. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and Thai food in the evening is great. There is a funky atmosphere, especially in the evening. Gym is ok, definitely a useful facility.

Stopped off to meet a business partner and share lunch. The lobby decor, layout and furniture provided an excellent place to meet up, complete our conference call and discuss over a very enjoyable lunch. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Sincere thanks. Will definitely be back.

didn't expect that this hotel in this area would be that nice, very cool atmosphere. Location is a bit far from everything, and the train (Luas) is 15 mins walking in a very quite neighborhood, but other than that the room is very clean, toilets are spotless.

nice hotel, kind of design hotel. Room is spacy enough has everything you want. The hotel has a Thai restaurant with decent quality and a very special bar. Breakfast was nothing special while there was a menue to order from if you want an english breakfast. People are very friendly and service oriented. The only downside I have spotted: The...

I was very pleasantly surprised by the post modern decor, friendly staff, convenient parking and of course that vending machine with the Gin and Tonic was a great touch! I would unequivocally recommend the hotel and will stay there again.
