We ate there for two of our three night stay in Kenmore and on both occasions the food was excellent. A number of the waiting staff are young and a bit shy but that has a certain rustic charm and they are all extemely pleasant...More

Had a meal in the bar which, even though it was rather tatty had the famous Burns poem on the wall to commend it, but the food was very poor. The steak burger would have been expensive even in a city centre gourmet burger place...More

We had a big room with bay windows overlooking the river, could not have asked for a better view! The TV was old and did not have a good picture, but we didn't use it much! Wonderful restaurant for both breakfast and dinner!More

If the room has been decorated recently the yes I'd probably go for it. Don't stay in the gatehouse rooms they aren't brilliant
