Great B&B very comfortable, the hosts very welcoming. We had 2 nights and could have had more. The location although not in the centre of St Ives. It is a 5 min bus ride in and the stops are direvtly outside the house. I would reccomend this B&B.

Beautiful, immaculate, large and comfortable room. Owners were so welcoming and helpful that they even drove us into town on our first night so we didn' t need to worry about parking. Breakfast room was gorgeous and food lovely. The walk along the coastal path into St Ives should not be missed.

Book here and you won't go far wrong. On a business trip and in need of rest and peace after a long day, this was just the job. The whole experience was a positive one and from start to finish, although the car park did test my driving skills a little, but Phil was on hand if needed. A lovely...

The B&B is very smart but homely looking from the outside with a parking area. I was greeted at the door by Phil (I think) who immediately made me feel welcome. He told me all about breakfast and then showed me to my room. The room was delightful, so bright and fresh with a blue beach theme throughout, lots of...

This is probably the best B&B I have ever stayed in! From the decor (muted, interesting, topical) to the welcome by Sharon and Phil everything was perfect. If I had any "complaint" it would be that the bed was too soft for me ... hardly serious issue! The room and ensuite were spotless and spacious. We even had a sea...

The building is well maintained and decorated to a good standard. Although we had a pleasant stay, I would highlight the following points, which don't seem to be...
