Great little B&B. Very clean, great continental breakfast. Tea is served in a variety of funky tea pots which really add to the atmosphere. We had the HoneyCrisp room it was a very nice room and well appointed.

Stayed for one night to go to a concert in St Ives. Lovely B&B, warm welcome from the owner on arrival. Obviously a lot of thought and love has gone into the decoration and up keep of the place. Room was nicely decorated, bed very comfortable. Shower good and everything very clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast (continental). Short walk...

We visited Cornwall in August at this perfect bed and breakfast, having been tempted by its great value for school holiday time! The room was well decorated and immaculately clean and comfortable! Adrian was a brilliant host and made our stay most welcoming. Breakfast was ideal with our fussy little eater (my 9 year old daughter) being able to choose...

What a lovely b&b Adrian the owner was very nice and helpful we had the Tennis room which i think is the biggest , you could see the coastline out of the window. Breakfast was between 8.30 and 10.30 with plenty to choose from toast/ pastries /cereal/ham& cheese fruit and yogurts. It was only a ten minuite walk to st...

What a fantastic B&B, we stayed for 3 nights and felt so comfortable and welcomed. To start with, the photos on their website do not do their place justice. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, beautifully decorated and there was loads of space for your belongings, as well as a hanging wardrobe space, there were shelves, baskets...

Stayed overnight last weekend could not find fault with anything. Adrian is a great host and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast choice is really good and very relaxed, you can just help yourselves to any of the choices on offer and there are plenty. Bedrooms are small but lovely, quirky...

We stayed for four nights in July, and would be hard pushed to find a single negative thing to say about the B&B or about Adrian, the owner. Lovely, well appointed room with a gorgeous view of Cardiss Bay, a friendly and attentive host, excellent continental breakfast, and easy access to St Ives (five minutes away by car), Penzance and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Offering great value for money in a great location! The bed & breakfast has recently undergone an upgrade to create a lovely Cornish treat. We offer a continental buffet breakfast, WI-FI, sea views, parking and a range of rooms including family rooms. We do have a garden and there is a park on across the road from us. St Ives town centre only a 5 minute bus trip away or a 30 minute walk or a slightly longer, but very attractive coastal path. A short walk down the hill and you are on the stunning Carbis Bay beach. We are also within easy access of the train station and the nearest bus stop is just across the road. We are delighted to inform you that the bed & breakfast came into new ownership in early 2013. ... more   less
