We were so pleased we were unable to find accommodation in Maastricht when we booked for a concert there as we then found Rue Haute which is just over the border in Belgium. Marc and Ilonka could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The fact that we arrived a couple of hours earlier than planned was not a problem...

We would rank this amongst the best B and Bs we've ever stayed in. Most comfortable beds, immaculately clean, extremely warm welcome by the hosts and breakfast to die for. Conveniently located for Maastricht, yet just over the border in the French speaking part of Belgium.

Marc and Ilonka Molenaar were superb hosts. Having travelled to the B & B in a 1950 MG which had coolant issues they came to assist us in finding the B & B and also allowed me to keep the old car in a garage after a tow truck home on my return to the B & B on route...

Just 10 minutes outside Maastricht, Rue Haute offers spacious comfortable rooms (only three so book early), ample and savory breakfast, good local wines to taste in the evening, and one absolutely adorable dog who just wants to have fun - beware, you may end up playing with Mo all day and forget why you are in Maastricht. If you going...

This beautiful B&B has a striking web site and so our expectations were high before we arrived. Upon arrival, It exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a B&B outside the city of Maastricht but near enough so that we could go into town to explore. The position was perfect; it was in a quiet village in a lovely position....

“Rooms are modern with good showers, clean toilet and nice bed, with velux window in room and free wifi connection”

“I saw two of the three rooms; of the two I would choose the middle room because it has the nice French doors overlooking the garden and the countryside. Of course my room had two windows above the bed and if the night sky happened to be clear, you would have a lovely view of the stars before closing the blinds.”
