Just spent a couple of nights at this family run pub/hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Delightful rooms, extremely comfortable bed, excellent food and reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast is delicious and there's also an excellent dinner menu, especially the blade of beef, which is one of their signature dishes, highly recommended. The New Inn is a short distance from...

Was welcomed by the owner - shown to a comfortable room. Nice beers at the bar and tables by the Thames. Had a lovely evening meal, then went for a walk along the Thames. Brilliant find. Will be going back.

We stayed for just one night at The New Inn and enjoyed the clean, comfortable rooms (converted from stables so like little ground floor cottages with stable doors), large bathrooms and close proximity to The Thames. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and despite there being a large birthday party eating at the same time, the quality...

Booked a Saturday night stay at the New Inn. Room clean and comfatable, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very nice and a great start to the day, exploring the Cotswolds! Location, close to the River Thames and only a short drive from Cotswolds wildlife park. Would recommend this hotel.

Having just emmigrated from South Africa, a mini getaway with friends who attended our wedding was just what we needed. Loved the fact that there is so much heritage at the hotel. Staff were beyond amazing. Did I mention that we didn't want to get out of bed because it truly felt like the best bed in the world. I...

Comfortable room with great bathroom, easy parking, good food and all the staff and the manager very friendly and helpful. Lots of lovely walks around the charming village and along the river. A great base for visiting the Cotwolds. We would thoroughly recommend.

We got recommended from another hotel which was fully booked and there was just a reservation cancelled, so that we got a room. Though we came late at 11pm, we not only got a drink but had great company with Richard, the night manager. Next time we are around we will definitely stay again and look forward to it.

I booked here as a surprise for my other half who was being deployed abroad for 3 months the day after so we needed to be close to the base. Simon the manager was so helpful answering e mails I kept sending him. We managed to get the lovely deluxe 4 poster room (Room 1) which was in the main...

Spotted this hotel when travelling back home after an Easter weekend away and decided to stay for May Day weekend. Well situated on banks of the Thames and perfect for walking part of the Thames path. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Room in original part of building with creaky floorboards and unusually no direct view out, with only roof windows for...

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, especially loved the bathroom, had an old feel to it but was very modernised. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and the bed was comfortable, receptionist even opened the gate for us when we arrived at 1am from a wedding reception would definitely use again. Didn't have...
