Spent 3 nights as our base in southern Tuscany- close to Siena, Montepulciano, Saltalberco Adventure Park and other popular spots. Small but good for families. Take into account pool is only open in Summer (not Spring.) Reasonably priced.

The deal we signed specified breakfast included. Reservation was filed 4-5 weeks prior to arrival, certain mails were changed few day before that – all was confirmed. We were told all is fine, the place is ready for us, see you soon... In a fact we made a long way to find a closed gate... we had to wait more...

We visited with 6 adults and 4 children, and it was like a dream for all of us. Well, the place is just beautiful, the panorma makes you feel in another world, the garden is huge, the apartments are cosy, beautifully furnished and with all facilities. The breakfast room is spacious and you can actually use it all day long....
