Rooms were clean, spacious and pleasant. Setting was delightful with a bit of a view of the ocean. Breakfasts were boring and minimal. They advertised coffee available all day but it was not. Wifi spotty, but we expected that. There was NO desk staff AT ALL No one to answer questions, or help out except Hugo and Moncho who came...

I traveled to Easter Island in September 2015 and stayed at the Hotel Victoria. Easter Island is a place I've wanted to see since I was a child (I'm now a senior citizen). When I got to the Hotel the owner, Hugo Edmunds, asked me what I wanted to do during my stay, and he arranged for me to visit...

This hotel is basic but includes everything you need for your visit to Rapa Nui. The hotel provides breakfast and wifi. It is in walking distance of the town. The staff is helpful in terms of providing a ride to and from the airport.

A very nice little hotel, well situated away from the busy main street but still close to everything. The manager Monchu and all the staff were very friendly and helped with good advice and recommendations on what to do. The hop on hop off bus was a good way to get an overview of the island. Also the recommended Polynesian...

You're on a tiny island 3500km from anything. You didn't come here to sit on your phone in the hotel! ;) What you will find: Someone waiting for you at the airport with your name(s) on a sign; a clean simple room, comfortable; our host (Mancho) greeted us every morning, made sure we had everything we needed. Cleaning staff fixed...

Rapa Nui is an extraordinary spot on this world, it is still a simple and thank god a not yet too much developed island and therefore Hotel Victoria is a very good place to stay on this island, since it is a simple place that offers all you need to spend some wonderful days. Very friendly and helpful staff, offering...

Typical of the hotels on the island. Down a darkish lane on a night time but close to local restaurants and tourist areas. The hop on hop off bus for example picks up about 10 steps from the hotel. We were met at the airport and given a short tour of the island to familiarize our selves before arriving at...

We went here during the early June 2016 (low season). The staff here were very friendly from the manager to the keeper. We were picked up immediately when we landed at the airport and wife received a welcome lei and then given a quick tour around town by Mancho. During our stay, the keeper was fabulous and friendly. She made...

I was not very lucky during my stay on Easter Island as down to the local rebellion all sites were closed. But land lord was very nice and supportive meeting me in the airport and escorted me back. Nice clean hotel

This has got to be the worst hotel I've stayed in in decades. It is rundown and clearly the owner has put no money into it in years. The entire place is dated, furniture is old, bedding is old. It's like walking into a time warp. There is no AC or ceiling fans in the rooms. My room was so...
