Dinner on a Saturday evening. Our first visit to the Dolphin. A good, unspoilt traditional English hotel. The restaurant menu retains tradition and where possible everything is cooked fresh. Service acceptable and polite. Food was good but not exceptional, although great value for money. Four...More

Food was good ,service was somewhat lacking. Staff seemed preoccupied with setting out breakfast service for following morning. Set in the main high street Beer town centre and only minutes from sea, fish features on menu ,as well as steak, and lots of choice.
