Food amazing! Service Supub! thanks to the girls who gave us excellent service. Manager - needs to stand less and move to help the service staff and waitresses. The manager would stand in the entrance way to the solarium and watch the staff when the place was obviously busy. Waitresses were so busy and this lady "Heather" would stand and...

My wife and I needed to get away from home for a night after a stressful week and at the last minute decided to try the Breadalbane in the beautiful town of Fergus. It was a great decision - everything about this quaint stone inn made us feel welcome and right at home. The service was outstanding and the staff...

My family reserved a space for a birthday dinner at the Breadalbane on a busy Saturday evening. The food was excellent, the restaurant quiet with a comfortable atmosphere and a burning fire just outside the window. Our waitress, Jessica, gave us a history of the beautiful old building and the town of Fergus, and was an excellent server throughout the...

Great steak, pizza and of course the schnitzel. Very nice bartender. All the staff were very friendly. The me's washroom was very hot partly due the location beside the kitchen. Place needs a reno to repair the floors.

We recently attended a company dinner at the Breadalbane in the solarium where the staffed served 32 dinners. Everyone was served at the same time and all of the meals were done to perfection. Dessert was absolutely delicious. The service staff were very friendly and professional and were even able to provide individual bills for beverages. This was our first...

The food in both the pub and the restaurant was excellent and the service staff were wonderful. Our 2 night stay at the inn was at best disappointing. I made our reservation for Dec 30 and 31/16 in November. I was told they have a 2 night package with includes a daily $75.00 credit for use in the restaurants -...

To be honest when I told my husband I was taking him away for the night to Fergus, Ontario he was a little sceptical! I'm happy to say he was very pleasantly surprised and so was I! We plan on making it a tradition to visit there on our wedding anniversary every year, even if it's just for dinner. We...

The room was very cute and the hotel itself has a warm, woody, welcoming ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfy, lots of hot water in the shower, the toiletries were very nice "spa" products. No fridge in room, so a bit difficult to prepare our food (we have dietary needs), and it's not...

We had a lovely dinner in the solarium overlooking the fire pit. Jessica connected instantly with us and engaged us in great conversation. She provided excellent service. We were not rushed and had a memorable dinner.
