I could barely see any staff working had to wait about 5-7 mins to get acknowledged by the staff and then realise it's not family friendly or suitable for under 18 (usually hotels have minimum age of 16 with an adult present). No refund and the hotel itself didn't have a friendly atmosphere. The staff didn't seem qualified for the...

Please please please, I request you to please save your self and avoid this hell. My experience- checked in with some heavy luggage... no assistance offered nothing at all, forget it. Got my keys at the so called reception and they were done with it instead was threatened, in an unimaginable tone that " if you smoke then immediately will...

Barely a hotel. More a few rooms slapped in the top of a restaurant. Very basic and dated. You (just) get what you pay for - Next time I will stay in a shared hostel, it'd likely be quieter and cleaner. Very limited parking - Booked largely based on price and parking availability near the airport - I won't make...

Just awful. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and that includes a flea pit in the Red Light District of Amsterdam. Dirty, smelly, noisy, stuffy, bad value for money. Grumpy receptionist didn't give any information at all; just took payment and gestured towards a door leading to the stairs without telling me my room number. Female staff member...

We booked to stay here on the day they sent us a message saying we had been moved to a different B and B. when we arrived at the new location they had no double rooms available wich is what we had booked. The B and B itself that they put us in was absolutely appalling. The whole place stank...

My title is a little ambiguous but I do hope to clarify. At best its a place to crash out. I arrived into Heathrow somewhat late in the evening after a horrible series of delays and with very limited options for places to sleep. Given that the free wi fi in Heathrow is limited to 45 minutes, I had to...

We didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on that side , but we did have an excellent meal here. The service was brilliant and they couldn't do enough for us. I have a dairy allergy and they catered for me very well. Food was amazing I would recommend this place to eat if your staying in the area...

The sign was not lit. The windows did not close. The central heating did not work. Black mould in the en suite and shower. Ordered lamb curry with rice, was served chicken curry with poppadoms and charged for for lamb curry, and had to pay for poppadoms plus the rice that followed. Bedding was rudimentary with a sheet and blanket....

In all my years of travelling around the world, I have never experienced homophobia and rudeness to this extent. After booking online, my fiance and I were told upon arrival that we would not be able to stay at this hotel as we were both male and they do not allow same sex couples and I was then accused of...
