We stayed at this place again on our way south and once again, the service was good, we didn't get the lake site this time but we stayed only for one night. There was a bit more noise from the highway this time but all in all it was great. It is a beautiful place on a beautiful lake.

Stayed in an RV site #1 right on the lake. Beautiful setting. Clean, well kept, quiet! Hosts are helpful if you need something but not nosy. Not great for swimming but great fishing off the pier or a boat. Will come back and recommend to others.

This past visit was the second time we stayed there, this time we brought our in-laws. Our first visit was amazing, this past time turned that into never again. The parents had reserved a site and we were going to stay with them, but needed a space for our dog. The woman of the couple who ran the place, told...

Stayed one night at this beautiful and relaxing campground on the lake. We had campsite #41 and enjoyed having a clear view of the lake from our Class A motor home's huge windshield. You could hear some road traffic. For it being Canada Day, the other campground residents were never rowdy or loud, especially after quiet time. Lots of kids...

This place took us in at the last minute late at night and the room had a kitchenette and lake view. A bit out dated. Needs some serious renos but over all it was a nice visit. Could use extra bedding as well as the pull out bed had minimal covers and we visited in early winter. Looks like it...

We stayed in motel units at this very, very popular campground. The host have owned the place for nearly 40 years and clearly know their market. Yes, the place is 'rustic' which in this case is code for 'tired.' But that is offset by the very, very reasonable prices charged for 'sleeping' units and full kitchenette units. The latter are...

We have stayed @ Kokanee Bay a few times. The best deal is the cabins. They are almost right on the water & very cozy & super affordable! Bedding & towels (except beach towels) plus dish soap are provided. There are dishes as well. The cabins are clean, but due to the affordability, you can't complain that they aren't very...

We have had 2 reunions at this site and are planning another one for 2014. Kokanee Bay Resort is the only place that I have been able to find that offers camping, RV's/trailors, and motel rooms at a reasonable rate that all ages in the family can afford. The hosts at this resort have been nothing but friendly and completely...

Only 2 sets of shower facilities available, one of which is over 35 years old. Hot water hardly Available, mice were in there. No internet service available. Rates were as high as properties that had FULL services.
