I have been going to Ann's Hill twice a year for several years, the service is 5 star, friendly and warm, Nothing is to much trouble, and would recommend visiting the farm. Will be returning this year,

First time here and myself and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year, could not ask for anything more, Vanessa is so welcoming and advised of the best places to visit, and the breakfast basket each morning, well what i can say, brilliant, thanks again.

Stayed in the Cottage. Which is next to the main house. Opposite the calf shed. Beutiful inside . Really nicely done. Gorgous double free standing bath and log stove. Situated with good close access into town. Would definetly reccomend. But I want to keep it to myself :)

Thanks to the lovely Vanessa, the giant bath, amazing breakfasts to our door and a log burner to play with this was a lovely week. Please let me return!! ( oh and the wonderful cozy bed with fairy lights, robes and fluffy towns...need I go on? )

What can be said about Anns hill that has not already been said- the lodge is beautiful and immaculately decorated with incredible views and gardens and of course the hot tub. I'll go room by room if that's ok.. The kitchen is top spec appointed with every utensil on earth. The living room has equally spectacular views over the Lake...

Yep!! Such a shame we didn't book for longer . A most thoughtful,warming,lovely host Vanessa. The breakfast baskets,champagne on arrival,lemon drizzle cake on the doorstep when we arrived home after a day out. This was the third trip to Anns Hill for us, staying in the Lodge. We've previously stayed for our honeymoon and first wedding anniversary. Now that we have a son, we couldn't think of anywhere better for our first holiday as a family. The location is great, offering a short drive to Keswick, among many other locations. On this trip...
