Me and my boyfriend visited Aqua Serenity as our first holiday together, and were booked into ‘Room C’. Regrettably, we were disappointed upon arrival when we were informed that our room did not have a jacuzzi included and realised how small-scaled our room was.
Our room had no storage space, other than a rail with four coat hangers, which meant we had to live out our suitcases for the duration of stay. The room listed online that we would have an iron but this was not provided when we arrived. The space felt very small, with small ceilings and felt very basic.
There were plenty of restaurants around the apartment and it was just a short stay away from Oia main town (around 15-20 minute walk). Due to the lack of space and no jacuzzi, we ended up going to another hotel near by a few days of our stay who were very kind and accommodating and could not recommend it enough (Secret View Hotel).
I would advise if you are going to do any boats / catamarans, to book in advance as they seem to be more expensive when you’re out there. Overall, we both felt our stay was pretty average and unless you have a jacuzzi and a bigger room, I do not feel this is worth the price point.

Olena was amazing. She greeted us in the parking lot and even helped lug our bags to Aqua Serenity. We wish we would have known to order porter to help with the bags. The extra $20 would have saved the wheels on the luggage some nutty abuse from the long rough pathway to the unit. Olena gave us great tips on where to see the sunset without crowds and where to eat. She even surprised us and hung out our wet swim suits to dry. The two bedroom unit was better than pictured and better than I had envisioned. Olena even came in the middle of the night during a freak storm to shut a shutter so rain didn't come in! Her thoughtfulness is why we rated it so high. It was crazy hot during our stay and we thought people may have been a little whiney in reviews about no AC, after all the unit was cave-like, we thought how hot could it be at night in August? It was sweaty hot sleep without sheets kinda hot. We gave our daughters the fan that blew more aggressively. The plunge pool was refreshing at night. The rude people in the neighboring units smoked outdoors and the smoke traveled into our unit as keeping the window opened helped keep the place cooler. We's shut the window whenever they lit up. All in all we enjoyed the unique accommodations. It was impeccably clean, well maintained and we felt blessed to have gotten to know Olena. She's a gem.

Our lovely and bubbly host Rania made our stay at the Serenity Suites absolutely wonderful. Our trip wouldn't be the same without her. She has assisted us in reserving restaurants and excursions and is always prompt and responsive to our needs. She even came with us when we made the reservations for these excursions. She showed us love and care the entire time, making it seem like we had never left home. Lots of love from Carla and Liyah (we stayed in the Aura suite)

Where do I start?! First of all there is no reception so we sent a email to arrange for our arrival with a few questions as well...no response. We came to the hotel obviously no one was here, so we had to call the reception to get our key, for the lady to come it took about an hour, she had to prepare the room cause it wasn't cleaned and ready. And this is what the luxury is: a shoe box, a rusty bed and a bathroom the size of my pocket. No need to say we didn't stay there. We had someone one the phone saying there are some photos of the room so we can't complain. Of the 115 photos on Expedia, there is only one photo of the room and it's of the window. False advertising at its best! The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us. Worth experience ever. Was a rip off ! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We just got back from an incredible 5-night stay at Aqua Serenity luxury suites. Rania was the most amazing host! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising me with balloons and cake for my birthday – such a special touch! The Eternity Superior Suite where my husband and I stayed was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, from the air conditioning to fresh towels daily. The rooftop pool area, shared with just one other room, offered stunning sea views and cozy sun loungers. We loved the communal area with its picturesque breakfast spot and easy access(5 minute walk) to a nearby shop for all our needs. The short walk(10 minutes) to Oia Caldera View was a delightful daily occurrence.

Our experience at Aqua Serenity was deeply disappointing, and I strongly advise against staying here. The room was tiny, barely larger than a shoe box, with an extremely low ceiling that caused my boyfriend to bump his head repeatedly. The space was so cramped that there was no storage, making it impossible to organize our things. The photos online were highly misleading, showing a much more spacious and well-appointed room than what we encountered. Additionally, the promised jacuzzi was nowhere to be found. The unhelpful and unresponsive customer service only made matters worse, failing to address or resolve our concerns. This stay was a waste of money and completely ruined our holiday. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere—Aqua Serenity is simply not worth it.

Wow what a little piece of heaven on earth!beautiful room so clean,Olina is so helpful and very attentive and friendly nothing is too much and lots of advice on where to visit , the rooms are spotless and a beautiful sunbathing spot with private pool jacuzzi . Loads of restaurants in walking distance a few in the village but also many in Oia if your prepared to walk . This place is beautiful we will be back ! Bus to Fira so easy to get and an unforgettable view and the Oia sunset is something you’d never forget ! One thing I’d recommended is an extra mirror in the room to do your hair / makeup and some more hangers for the wardrobe. I don’t have anything negative to say ! The village is so quiet away from the hustle and bustle just what we needed .

Rania was the most amazing host she really helped us with our stay, she told us about the best locations in Santorini and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. Hotel with jacuzzi was incredible, Rania had provided us with the best care whenever we needed something I.e towels, tissues, directions she was very prompt. We had just spend a few days in Santorini in Aqua Serenity and it was fantastic. The area of Oia in the North part of the island is beautiful but all the island also is fantastic. The views are superb and the people so hospitable. Overall the Aqua Serenity is clean, Euphoria suite is perfect as we had imagine it but the only negative thing is that we didn’t have Air-condition. This is something that the owner should consider for the future. Thank you also Dennis for the help how to find the suites over the phone. We hope we come back in the future.

Very clean and looked after lovely staff very nice would highly recommend , Grainne the cleaning lady was very nice !! She went out of her way to make my birthday a special one here in Oia santoirni, go through her for all your booking needs !!!!
