We stumbled on this place whilst looking for a hotel we´d already booked. We were so impressed by not only the place but the kindness shown by Pierro who guided us to our accommodation many miles away, After he left us there, we turned around and went back to Roccadia! We didn´t regret it as the place was perfect for...

Great Agriturismo location. The outdoors are simply amazing and the views truly nice, tranquil and worth every minute. The rooms are very tired, but one must not expect so much from a 3 star venue. Why I scored low. The service is impersonal and of low standard. A true pity cause the location and set up is a Gem. Finally...

As part of a one-week cooking trip also stayed 2 nights in this place. The overall experience is nice, beautifull location, the service - support is average - good. The cooking place for the workshop however was relatively basic - could have been better. In restaurant have had a really good experience. Wortwhile to include in a cooking trip.

The whole agriturismo has a nice and big surrounding. Lot of animals here (horse, shep etc.) and a nice environment. Also it is a good location to visit the Etna area or do a city trip to Catania or Syracus. People are friendly here and also families choose this location. What we dont liked was the small room (around 20qm...

Part of our Sicily tour. We stayed four nights. Well situated for visits to the SE part of Sicily. Food is OK. Not much variety in the menu. Portions way too large (which is not uncommon :-) ). Nice atmosphere. Enthousiastic crew. The estate is large and frequently receives large groups (schools, wedding parties etc). Swimming pool even serves as...

We stayed at the Tenuta di Roccadia with a 3 generation family of 14. The rooms where nice, clean and big enough. Unfortunately inuring the days after easter builders where working on a fence right in front of our window. Heating did not work all day long which was a problem for some of our family members. Food was fine...

We stayed at Roccadia as a young couple without kids. Normally we stay in city centre B&B's but we wanted a few days of quiet for a change of pace. From the internet site and other information we could find we formed expectations of a smaller scale agriturismo than Roccadia turned out to be. It's a business that appears to...

Recently visited this Agriturismo, and I must say that I was fully satisfied; Rooms were spacious and very clean, they were cleaned everyday. Air-conditioned, with Satellite TV, and Bathroom was of good standard also. Breakfast was good; A buffet breakfast was available, with various items to choose from. Apart from the everyday coffee; toast/eggs/cheese ham, they offered as well cakes,...
