What a wonderful week we had! There were 14 in attendance, from all over the world. The cooking was superb, and something we could recreate at home. The palace was lovely and the staff over the top! We learned so much about the area and...More

Good question! I wish I had taken binoculars! So many beautiful sights that I wished I could have seen better like mountaintop villages. Also, small gifts. I'm not sure what that would be. A magnet, American snack treats, anything for them to keep as a remembrance. Gratuity was included but I still wish I had a gift of some sort. I took a small notebook and pen for note taking during our cooking classes. The "cookbook" doesn't include as many recipes as I had hoped. So ask questions and take notes! I cannot express how much I loved this tour and the people at the palace! We lived in Italy for a couple of years so I wasn't a newby to Italy but this was fantastic and I know you won't be disappointed. Mary Ann
