Visiting to take friends out to dinner and stay the night-poor service at Boat House and food disappointing. Great location but staff training and standards of cuisine need improvement The standard rooms are functional but our outlook was an embankment Poor value for money

We have a timeshare April and July and love it didn't want to leave. Great accommodation choice of eateries and pool is great. Only thing I'd say is £39 charge for 2hrs is too expensive there we don't use it but would like to if price were lower.

Hotel nice, good breakfast, gas a BBQ at the boathouse, food ok, not great. Room nicely decorated, no real issues, staff very pleasant, although needed to ask three times before the breakfast order was taken

The hotel is in a stunning location and the building is lovely inside but do not dine at the Boat House. Firstly it is a good 5 minutes walk and it was freezing cold. The service was below average and the food was poor. To top it all they add a service charge which I wouldn't have chosen to pay...

This visit was basically "the last chance" for our lengthy relationship with Cameron House. Early last year we had experienced one of our most disappointing weekends ever at Cameron House. Having made a formal complaint, we were invited back, as guests of the general manager. On that subsequent occasion, and probably, it seems, because of that we were clearly made...

Once again an excellent stay enjoyed by the whole family. Location is fabulous and plenty to keep everyone occupied. Food excellent in the Boathouse and Cameron Grill and we had a lovely round of golf although between tee and green it was very wet.
