Been here a few times over the years, fantastic setting, on Loch Lomond, lovely food and drinks, so beautiful views over the loch, very relaxing place. And so handy if you are travelling around Scotland, we used it as a sort of base, for our trip up to the highlands, it's perfect.

Visited the Hotel for our Anniversary and was very impressed with the location on arrival. When we were shown our room, (a double deluxe with loch view) we were a little disappointed with the size of the room as it was smaller than we had expected. The balcony had wonderful views of the loch but the roof of the dining...

Staff are fantastic the food matches the views of one of the most stunning places in Scotland. :-) (just my opinion) the menu is always first class and covers our fussy kds too, and you need to make sure there is room for pudd. :-)

Although was not really much better than " pub grub" the setting more than makes up for the lack of real quality in the food. We had a table looking straight up the loch and the View was absolutely stunning.

Hadn't been to Duck Bay since a very disappointing meal a while ago but we were staying within walking distance and decided to risk it - very glad we did as the meal and atmosphere were excellent. Friendly and approachable well-informed staff who made you very welcome and could answer questions about menu without hesitation. Meal was excellent - went...

Duck Bay Hotel sits on the banks of Loch Lomond. Stayed last weekend in September and wasn't disappointed. Booked a suite and it was huge, the windows were the same width as the room and we could see right across to Ben Lomond. Amazing. Room itself was clean and spacious, only thing negative was No Bath but a walk in...
