Just returned from my son and daughter-in-laws amazing wedding at The DuckBay. We had the most amazing weekend celebrating with all the family and friends in an amazing setting. The staff could not have been more helpful and after a little mix up with our room Elaine from reception could not have been more helpful and apologetic arranging for an...

Weather poor so, getting a table was 'no problem '. Very professional establishment with well trained staff. Well balanced menu with something to suit most tastes. My choice, the duck was extremely well cooked although, I felt that the two accompanying sauces was one too many. Not a big fan of aquariums, but they seem to fit with rhe decor....

The service is outstanding but have dinner here for the views and the who's who of who has eaten there (Michael Jackson, really?) the food is very good but it's not fine dining. Irn Bru in glass bottles is a brilliant (in the Scottish sense of the word) ides and must be ordered.

Hard to judge this place, given its location on the shores of Loch Lomond, it's easy to get carried away. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and pleasantly appointed. The bathroom looked like it was new, however the shower was not very powerful at all, and took ages to rinse off. The restaurant was very nice and the...

A comfortable double bed and plenty of good quality towels in the bathroom. No iron in room but you can get one from reception. Sliding doors...

Set on the banks of Loch Lomond there is no denying that the surroundings are stunning. However, we were disappointed with the hotel considering the rates charged. The food was very average and I've seen better rooms in a Travelodge!

Not a great service. Was over charged on bill twice. Waiter came over numerous times asking do we need drinks when he could see our drinks were still full. it was quite annoying as we were eating our meal which was nothing special.
