I spent a week in Hotel Sonne on business. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, though the design of pillows could be better as I found them very uncomfortable and also heard other guests complaining. There isn’t much selection on the tv for English speakers, BBC and a couple of business/news channels. The WiFi is terrible, passable in the lobby/bar... More

Spent 2 nights here while on a business trip. I found it to be friendly and welcoming with comfortable, well appointed rooms and a good restaurant and bar. I enjoyed some very nice black local beer. I arrived late but this was no issue and the reception arranged a taxi for me when it was time to move on. The... More

I stayed at this hotel a few times, when I was on a business trip. It was always comfortable stay for a reasonable price. Staff is very polite and ready to help, always smiling. Also hotel restaurant is a nice place to spend evening when you are too tired to walk to downtown, although it is a bit more expensive... More

This is a great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. I had dinner in the evening which excellent. My room (213) was pretty basic. But I stayed in the same hotel a couple of years ago and had a excellent room.

I really can advise this place when traveling from the north (Netherlands) to the Alpes. Take the restaurant. Really worthwhile a 28 km detour from the highway... It is fat better than I have ever experiences before and I see approx. 10 hotels per month. Personnel is very friendly and very helpful. Wifi is free. But the room..... Wow... Clean/quality/space/big... More

Not a great experience. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side otherwise you will have to listen to traffic all night long with your window open due to a lack of AC. Food was mediocre at best and service was typical of a hotel in the area. Not many amenities nor things to do in the... More

I have stayed in the Hotel Sonne a number of times whilst travelling for business, I have found the level of care and attention excellent from the moment you arrive until you leave. The rooms in the new wing of the hotel are of the highest standard.
