Wasn't a choice to stay here (work-chosen), but it wasn't conducive for work due to the spotty and weak wifi. When I say spotty and weak, I mean I was never on the wifi for more than 5 minutes at a time when I could find a signal and it would keep kicking me off. The room had mold and...

We took a military Space A flight from the US to Ramstein but were originally planning for the Mediterranean area of Europe so when we arrived, we were at a loss for where to stay. Luckily, when we arrived at the Hertz car rental next door we found this lovely little hotel. The Cons: As with most European hotels no...

When we arrived in Germany we spent a month and a half here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit salad every morning and plenty of other goodies to pick from. The room was neat and clean. I would go back.

I stayed at the Hotel Circle Inn for 10 weeks for a work trip. The staff was so incredibly friendly and were always there to help. I absolutely loved the breakfast every morning. During my 10 week trip, I travelled on weeks to other countries. The breakfasts of the other hotels I stayed at never compared to Hotel Circle Inn....

I've been staying at the Circle Inn on and off for Business in the Ramstein Area since March 2015. It is a very nice hotel with excellent staff. Their Front Desk Clerk Mr. Ian is a very kind and outstanding employee. I would also recommend this hotel for any incoming US - Troops for inprocessing into the Ramstein Air Base....

This hotel has one of the worst internet connections and speeds you will encounter in Germany. Even though the session is good for 30 days, the network kicks you off every 30 minutes. And logging in, and back in, is painful. Stayed as a couple, had to ask for bath towels. We are familiar with german and usa hotels, and...

I stayed at the Circle Inn on business this week. The initial impression is good with a lovely garden out the front. The reception area is welcoming and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout. I was in Room 32 which was located upstairs. The other reviews accurately reflect the very strong smell of air freshener which hits you when...

This is a quaint Inn that offers superb customer service. They were able to accommodate my request for early check-in and even my weird work schedule to match the normal working hours of coworkers in the US. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The room was reasonably sized, though significantly smaller than ones at the Ramsteiner Hof, which...

“I usually like to be on an upper floor when traveling alone, but was comfortable and felt safe on the ground floor. One other thing, the building is VERY quiet at night, with the only sound coming in from the door, so if you are a very light sleeper or are traveling with pets or kids you should probably request a room as close to the hall end as possible.”
