We were here as part of our honeymoon. To a person, everyone made us feel very welcome. The tasting menu at the in-house restaurant, Antiche Volte, was brilliant, both in terms of dishes and execution. The sommelier knew her stuff and didn't steer us wrong. We loved it so much that we are doing back in a couple of months....

After our first visit of Palazzo Righini we actually decided to celebrate our wedding here - this decision pretty much reflects our high level of satisfaction with this splendid hotel. The Palazzo itself is beautifully renovated. Great overall luxurious atmosphere. The 24 rooms of different sizes have been styled with a lot of attention to detail and comfort. Service is...

We spend 3 nights in this hotel while visiting the Barolo region. It's an unexpected gem in the middle of the Piedmont region. This hotel is stunning and the service is excellent. The customer service started before we even arrived when we received an email for the hotel inquiring about our arrival time so that they could be ready for...

This lovely boutique hotel tucked away in central Fossano was the perfect spot for visiting the area. Helpful, conscientious staff made the stay quite pleasant. Just steps away from the local landmarks and scenic walkway.

We booked this hotel at the end of a long vacation because of its proximity to the airport in Milan. It had good reviews so why not. Well, bravo to Palazzo Righini! This place is a Ritz Carlton-like hotel but with Marriott like prices. Not to mention how beautiful and kind the staff is. My wife and I decided to...

This is an ideal location from which to explore Piedmont. Tucked away in the middle of Fossano, it's not easy to find. But once inside, it's an oasis of peace, quiet and luxury. Our Junior Suite was decorated in an comfortable and elegant "castle" style. You felt like a king and queen. The staff were all attentive and amazingly helpful...

From start to finish, a fantastic stay. Some minor flaws with service - nothing too concerning that couldn't be fixed (by them) or managed (by the guest). Front desk: some of the staff isn't as friendly as others. They will answer your questions and 'do their job', but won't necessarily be friendly or go out of their way. Example: one...

Top notch hotel in historic monastery that did not disappoint. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting wineries in Piedmont. The staff were exceptional, answering the million questions we had and helping us make arrangements prior to our arrival. The hotel was quite luxurious with modern amenities although our room felt a bit small. They provided free access to an...

Stayed a couple nights in June 2016 as part of a business seminar. What a find! "Smart rooms" have lighting controlled by bedside remote control. Michelin rated restaurant plus casual outdoor eatery. Conference facility was appropriate for our small group. Front desk staff was very accommodating of our requests for local activities.
