From start to finish, a fantastic stay. Some minor flaws with service - nothing too concerning that couldn't be fixed (by them) or managed (by the guest). Front desk: some of the staff isn't as friendly as others. They will answer your questions and 'do their job', but won't necessarily be friendly or go out of their way. Example: one...

Top notch hotel in historic monastery that did not disappoint. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting wineries in Piedmont. The staff were exceptional, answering the million questions we had and helping us make arrangements prior to our arrival. The hotel was quite luxurious with modern amenities although our room felt a bit small. They provided free access to an...

Stayed a couple nights in June 2016 as part of a business seminar. What a find! "Smart rooms" have lighting controlled by bedside remote control. Michelin rated restaurant plus casual outdoor eatery. Conference facility was appropriate for our small group. Front desk staff was very accommodating of our requests for local activities.

Truly stunning hotel. We stayed in the suite which went way beyond expectations. Every detail was perfection. We had dinner twice in the main restaurant and once on the terrace, the standard In both extremely high. The staff really go beyond normal service standard and were really charming and helpful. When we checked out we had half a day before...

The reception was very friendly (5*) with personal guidance to our room. The room was nicely decorated but here were som negatives: the room was not soundproof (first night we literally heard ever word our neighbours said to one another but worse, second night there was a family with a baby that didn't need much sleep). The day after we...

I've stayed at all 5, 4 & 3 star hotels all over the world from boutique to chain hotels. Palazzo Righini was by far most memorable. The staff was helpful beyond their daily tasks. Food was excellent but did not eat everything so will leave something for next time I visit but we had a few dishes and they were...

This was our second visit and it was just as good as two years ago! The service from everyone we met was excellent. The dinner was close to Michelin Star quality and again the service was exceptional! This time we had quite a small bedroom but everything was available. An extra was that we when we arrived we were not...

Front staff were exceptional. They gave greeted us at the door, gave us hiking locations and carried our half finished second bottle of wine from the restaurant to our room with ice! We ate in their restaurant both nights and obviously enjoyed it. AND the bar! We ordered two glasses of wine upon arrival and got a small anti-pasta tray...

We stayed a week and were very satisfied with the service, the food and the room. Room number 8 was spacious and we felt us at home from the first moment. We had dinner in the two restaurants and liked it very much. A perfect holiday.

This hotel is by far the best we have ever stayed in. Our two-day stay included an ultra quiet and calm room, a visit to the spa, an unforgettable meal at the hotel's restaurant and non-stop surprises and outstanding service from the superb hotel staff. - Welcome at the reception: incredibly professional and helpful. They spoke several languages and accommodated...
