Detailed Reviews
All in all it was very nice. the location is very well maintained. the pool is wonderful and the food is great, the breakfast is wonderful. the staff were lovely and did their best to cater our needs in very way. in general you can't go wrong in Italy and this was no exception. The beach is lovely and the area is lovely. Still- a few pointers-
we ordered a triple room. as it turned out the room we got was a problem;I knew there was no air-conditioning, and it was august and ultimately we were fine, still- I recommend avoiding that room and any room on that floor.
The room we had was very dark, almost no windows. the lamps were too mellow. the ceiling is inclined, since it was a barn or something of the sort. so in the darkness, I kept on banging my head. it became a hazard for me. in order to avoid this I crawled around the room, to play safe. I literally hurt myself again and again. I would not return to that room or any room on the top floor - if they are similar in description to what I just wrote. I would insist on a room with a balcony, or no room at all.
the hotel caters private events, weddings and parties. people in Italy come and stay, they come to eat and do not leave. they go to the pool and funny enough there is no lifeguard anywhere. some people were literally drunk and dived into the pool intoxicated. I couldn't believe it. the experience between a full hotel with an event and an empty one are totally different. I would check out the schedule first. having said that- the events seem nice.
another issue is that we ordered coffee and crostata (very good crostata) in the afternoon and there was no indication of the price. when we checked out and paid for it I was blown way by the price. I would recommend checking out that issue before ordering.
the hotel is not walking distance from the beach. they offer bikes and I checked them out and they were not in working order. so I would skip that option and drive to the beach.

This place is so beautiful, it is almost unbelievable. The house seems to be old and has been restored perfectly, everything is fantastic, the gardens, the house, the rooms.
There are lots of gardens with friendly cats all over the place, also the food and the attention is perfect.
The location is very quiet and you can rest, the smell of wood and the chanting birds is everywhere.
In order to stay here, you need a car. There is nothing at walking distance.

A stunning purpose built small rural hotel that is mainly used to host weddings and events. Our stay was excellent and made more so by the outstanding food. Rooms and terraces are large and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding

Tucked away from the main street this is a lovely little boutique hotel near Fondi.
Warmly welcomed, showed to an adorable room with a massive terrece and told to make ourselves comfortable.
Lovely peaceful swimming pool, well manicured grounds but most of all amazing food.
I had the antipasti 'tenuta' which was an assortment of grilled seafood with imaginative pairings that would grace a Michelin star restaurant.
Will return one day.

Beautiful grounds, outstanding facility, very relaxing. Best part is the service. The staff is attentive and they go out of their way to meet your needs. Rooms are rustic but charming, clean, and more than you need. Relax on one of the many terraces and sip great local wines while the friendly cats entertain you.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights on our journey between the Amalfi Coast and Rome. It is a gorgeous property with a spectacular swimming pool and gardens, and an even better restaurant! We didn't leave the property the entire time we were there...just lay by the pool and enjoyed delicious food and wine in the restaurant for every meal. The owners were very pleasant and all the staff made our stay very enjoyable (and were patient with our very limited Italian language skills). It felt like a very authentic Italian experience, surrounded only by Italian guests and not a word of English to be heard. A lovely getaway from the more touristy parts of Italy which can often be overrun by English-speaking tourists! We were travelling with our 16 month old daughter, but it would be equally perfect for larger families, groups of friends or couples. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay!

August 29, 2024 will remain an unforgettable date for us. The estate "Vento di Mare" has become a dream setting for the feast of our Aurora. A great job cared for in every detail by our dear friend Alessia Carlevale who, with her original and unique project, issued the birthday girl and all those present. Professional and attentive all the staff of the Estate. Thoughtful owners Raffaele and Luigi, always able to renew themselves. Exquisite and high quality dinner. Satisfied and pleased all our guests who have renewed our compliments. We relied on you as always and the results obtained were excellent. Hoping that there will be other pleasant events to celebrate as soon as possible, we will still rely on you to make the right choice. Thank you. Erminia and Nando

On 29/08/2024 Tenuta Vento di Mare, a charming and elegant place became a wonderful setting to celebrate the 18th birthday of my granddaughter. Thanks to the owners, Luigi and Raffaele always very kind and helpful. In the organization of the event our dear friend Alessia Carlevale took care perfectly of all the details of the evening doing, as always, a perfect job! Thank you so much! Rosita

We never had the pleasure of going to Tenuta Vento di Mare, this until last night, where we shared the wedding event of a couple of friends.
We had heard about this location too little for what it really deserves, unlike the emblazoned "Villas" that are so sponsored in Latina and that in the end reserve only great disappointments and false expectations, and I can assure you that we are talking about a wonderful place, where the entire structure as well as being fascinating, especially in the evening, is cared for in every detail.
Green embraces every single corner of the set, the pool, fabulous, is its beating heart, the ubiquitous stone gives all its romance.
The setup, the meticulousness and the attention of every single focal point where guests were entertained are to be considered magnificent thanks to the presence, not obvious, of the staff worthy of being called Pro.
In every single moment the room staff met the needs of the guests in the utmost professionalism and especially with their sympathy.
When in common speeches it is then said "you ate very well", it is necessary to add that good food is not present everywhere, on the contrary, but here you have reached culinary levels of some attention, excellent quality and taste, combined with impeccable service, from the qualified staff with its rigorous Maître, to the Organizer director of the event.
It cannot be told what we ate and drank only through written words because they would not make in any way and measure the extraordinary reality of the kitchen that welcomed us at the beginning of the event with the aperitif, in the meantime with the immense buffet and dinner, and at its end with a table of amazing desserts.
Congratulations, a sublime evening!

Well what can I say... we don't know where to start... despite the anxiety about the clouds and the fear that it might rain it was a dream, a beautiful party and the sun accompanied us until sunset... let's start by thanking the gentlemen Luigi and Raffaele for the super welcome and for the whole fairytale structure. We couldn't have chosen a better location than this. Alessia the organizer, a wonderful person who put up with us and supported us for the entire period including the wedding day, made sure that our dream came true by keeping everything under control, I don't know what we would have done without her, she took into account all our requests and advised us as only a person with great skills and who knows how to do his job well can do, thank you thank you thank you... Eleonora, the very talented wedding, fulfilled our wishes in the magnificent decorations with sunflowers, taking care of every minimal detail from the welcome to the final setup... a little inspiration was enough for her to create some fantastic things, from the menus, to the tableau to the setup of the civil ceremony in the garden, an exceptional job... Marco the Chef indescribable, it's banal to say bravo , exceptional dishes, superlative, beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.. we would choose his dishes another 2 thousand times.. Gianni the maitre, a fantastic person who we loved right away, always ready to receive our requests and always with a smile.. fabulous ..thanks also to all the staff for the work done. Thanks to Silvia M. who celebrated our wedding making us move...I'm sure I will choose Tenuta vento di mare a thousand more times...a heartfelt thank you for making our fairy tale come true ❤️
