Basic but we'll worth the money The full English was the best i have ever had. I had booked the room from Friday till Monday and whilst i was there all the staff were great. The room was basic but it was clean and the on suite was ok, nice hot shower. I would try and book again the next...

This is an old pub and sadly needs money spent on it to make it more attractive and more inviting. The serving staff were not really interested in serving and the cook was sitting watching the television. It has very limited opening hours and closes at 8pm. Not open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely horrendous! Booked a room over the phone for visiting relatives for 2 nights. I popped in a couple of days ago to pay. Due to a loss in the family we had to re-schedule the stay. Being my local I went in to explain. The LL offered a 50% refund but quickly withdrew it after I asked if he...

We stayed here as it was the closest to family for a party. It was basic but clean, the bathroom (en-suite) was effectively a walk in cupboard with a loosely hung sliding door and as I am claustrophobic I had to pee/shower/brush my teeth with it open. The room was extremely warm even with the window open yet outside was...

These rooms are above the pub but there is absolutely no noise problem. The rooms are unpretentious, comfortable and above all, clean. In our family room we had everything we needed, towels, soaps, hot water and good water pressure, a living area with tv, couch, corner table with kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Our 10.00pm arrival time and flexibility...

I didn't have much expectation as its rooms above a pub. When I pulled back the quilt I noticed a white stain, at this point it was late at night, so I slept on top of the quilt. My room was positioned directly above the pub and between the customers downstairs and the other guests sleep was made very difficult....

Booked a room as was staying in Addlestone to see a band. Pub was easy to find and parking was available. Friendly staff (which is always a bonus!) - room was basic and could do with a refurb...new pillows definitely needed! But overall, cheap bed for the night! The highlight of the stay was the amazing full English we had...

I paid 49.50 for a very small single room. You know it's small when you can touch both walls with your arms outstretched. No bedside table and no table lamp. It's either harsh overhead lighting or nothing. Not much space to put your clothes or anything else. Bathroom very very basic but surprisingly good shower with plenty of pressure and...

The room was very basic and reminded me of very good student accommodation. The room was a nice size for two. My partner said the shower was lovely and was clean. However the toilet smelt slightly but this wasn't an issue as the bathroom was down the corridor. Tea and coffee were available with added biscuits. The breakfast was great,...
