The hotel is very hard to find. You need to make a lot of turns and steps to find it. When you find it it doesnt look like a hotel, its more like restaurante with some small rooms in the floor above. Room is too average. Breackfast was not too good. Not enough quantity or quality.

Terrible restaurant, very small rooms, the bed is un comfortable. No air conditioning. The internet is very slow. No one particularly helpful to recommend anywhere. It is nice and clean however I Wouldn't recommend to anyone. There has got to be better value for money elsewhere.

Booked this hotel as a last minute , sadly did not check Trip/Adv .the entrance to the hotel was grubby , not a good start. 'Cause it got worse ,booked in given a room which had not been cleaned!,,, Reception allocated another promptly , given a dark dingy decorated room with a jacuzzi checked the bed , mattress cover stained...

I arrived at this hotel hoping for a well earner rest after a tiring conference. Everything this hotel claimed to offer was not true. It was not close to Turin Centre, in fact the hotel is not even in the outskirts of Turin. A long walk to the metro and then more than 10 stops to the centre. On a...

The rooms are really big and comfortable. The big issue here is the staff that could not support you in a English language. You must know at least some words in Italian, if not, you will lost. On the other hands, Italian ones are really nice people!

I cannot praise the staff enough for their help and friendliness during the stay. Everything was first class. Location was great and provides a lovely view of the Alps, it was just a short trip into the centre on the clean and frequent metro. An excellent taxi service on request to and from the hotel. Plenty on offer at breakfast...

This hotel has larger rooms than common in Europe. The bathrooms normally are fine, spacious, with a modern feeling. The floor of the rooms is tiled. Thus, hopefully cleaner than a carpeted room. The staff at the front desk is not particularly welcoming or friendly. The breakfast is really not good. First one has to find the room in the...

I stay in this hotel several times a year since I'm often on business trips in the immediate neighbourhood. Rooms are ok but not always perfectly clean (other hair in the bathrooms). Beds are good, showers are ok. Noise isolation could be a lot better (from outside). Breakfast is bad, Italian style. Free wifi is working very well. So it's...

On the first view the hotel looks pretty nice. There are enough parking lots around the hotel. Even on the road. We booked a standard room and it was big. Bathroom was fairly new and very nice, but dirty (hair from the previous guest in shower and sink; molded seams, etc.). Also there are flatscreen TVs (no German program although...
