Great location in the centre of the pedestrianised medieval town. It's not at all easy to find a parking space in the town and, wherever you park, you will have to walk to the hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful evening meal (they don't advertise their great menu as well as they should so make sure you ask to look at the...

We stopped in at the restaurant here and were not disappointed. We didn't stay in the hotel but we should have! We had a lunch here and it was excellent. A mix of tapas, and enough for two with the raciones. The owner (?) and his staff couldn't have been friendlier and even though they didn't have much English, we...

My wife, daughter and I spent 2 wonderful nights at this fabulous place. Host Fernando looked after our every need, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs served fantastic tapas and other meals. The service provided by Fernando and his offsider, Javier was exceptional. Although we could speak very little Spanish and they couldn't speak much English, this...

Stopped here a few times for ceveza and tapas, excellent quality food, really friendly service. Although the staff didn't speak English language was no barrier, they even chose the Tapas for us and they were really good. Fantastic little place in the middle of the medieval village.....

Ideal location right at the historic heart of this enchanting little town. We stayed four nights and wanted to stay longer. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurant downstairs were wonderfully convenient (we breakfasted out under the arches every day, and usually returned for a meal plus a few cañas in the evening), the food was delicious...

Just spent a night at Hostal Las Coronas in Sos del Rey Católico. Wonderful little town in the hills south of the Pyrenees with a very medieval feel. We happened to show up during a summer medieval festival and enjoyed the small-town animation with kids on ponies, lots of crafts and foods on sale, and a general upbeat rhythm to...

Having visited this lovely village together with my husband 7 years ago, we decided to return for 2 nights during our visit to Spain this summer. We arrived in Sos del Rey just as the most amazing storm hit the village and as we rushed through the cobbled streets of the village, we were delighted to find Hostal Las Coronas...

“We will ask for a room facing the square next time, just so that we can soak up the atmosphere even more. The stairs are quite long winded and "heavy" so if you have lots of baggage, I would suggest a room on the first available floor.”
