Beautiful ocean room views. The staff are really nice. It's a great place to stay even if you don't play golf as it is a good base from which to explore various attractions in the Mornington Peninsula. We really enjoyed our room and the breakfast...More

Social golf group of 20 played on a hot and dry Saturday. Course in pretty condition with some tricky greens and fairways. Layout must have changed because Satellite watch was out of sync on one hole. Worth a try but use motorized carts!

Sorry about the delay with the answering of your question but this request from TripAdvisor only just arrived today being 12/8/2016, also the property isn't my place at all as I was a guest for lunch at their Restaurant & I was at the Cape Schanck Resort months ago to be precise 13/3/2016 but if you check on Google for distance to Airport etc that will show you directions, time & distance to anywhere but I would leave at least 2hrs prior to your flight checkin to be safe. Good freeways all the way but depends on the time of day you travel. Good idea to catch the Frankston Airport Bus next time as so much easier. Drop hire car off at Frankston - easy! Hope you enjoy Victoria next trip & come up this way to the wheat belt of the Wimmera which is halfway between Adel-Melb on the Western Hwy. Adelaide is so much easier to get too especially the Airport compared to Melb Airport.
