And we had a problem at check in. We arrived at 1:3:30. We only managed to receive the apartment key at 2:15 pm with a lot of pressure. The justification for not having received the layette. We even contacted management. Anyway... amateurism. The facilities in the executive suites are relatively good. We made a note when booking that we didn't want a moldy room.
The caveat is regarding the pool. Not usable. Lack of maintenance.
Finally, management needs to read guest reviews and correct them, because if there was no change they would lose many guests.

The staff was very helpful! Gentle, polite and helpful. The food was good too.
Meanwhile, the hotel has a very old look... old stuff, dark, disorganized...
I think that in structural and environmental matters, it could be much better.
I hope you invest and update.
Clean rooms but with dated tv and noisy air conditioning.
Overall a good hotel, but expensive for what it delivers. The restaurant, on the other hand, is good and its prices are reasonable. Would be back, since I heard from everyone I've talked to that it is the best hotel in town.

I didn't like it in several ways: very small and tight parking lot;
Room with a slightly dirty floor (dust);
Strong musty smell in the rooms;
Bed mattresses extremely old and dirty, worn out, certainly contaminated with a lot of dust mites and mold.
Bathroom also smelled of mold.
We didn't have a good experience at the stadium.
I suggest they improve the dust and mold situation and start renewing the mattresses, as many people are allergic and end up having a difficult night.
This is my report.
Very modest breakfast.
It's not good value for money.
Important positive point: next to the shopping mall.

The thing is this is the best hotel in the city: the room is spacious, the pillows are soft, the working table, worldly computer plugs, and wifi, all worked very well, no to mention the 24h room service and front desk. Housekeeping excellent, always alert, and an outsourcing service of gym. All in place. If I'm back to read paper at the university, I'll revisit this hotel.
Found a nice Churrascaria not too far away - "Los Pampas" - also highly recommended.
It was generally good value,
Staff are great, hotel; and rooms are clean and have a/c. The bathroom is a long way off 5 star but more than adequate and overall; I would recommend this hotel if staying in Itabuna and I would return here myself.
The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull ; the level of English is improving.
Breakfast has an exended range of fruits, cakes, breads, ...
In the restaurant, the level of English is very low ; but not a blocking point.
Rooms in general very good, spacy, clean, good beds, large bathrooms, ...
Conclusion : good choice to spend the nights in Itabuna.
The room was a decent size and had good airconditioning (not very noisy so could easily sleep while it was running at night). The bathroom could use some updating, especially the shower is outdated - it also has a low door (bumped my head while getting out).
Bed was good - I had a good night sleep every night.
It was not possible to get the room completely darkened - I woke up with the rise of sun every morning (which was around 6AM).
Breakfast is served at 6.30 and there is a lot of choice but most of it is sweet...
The hotel is close to the local mall which is nice if you want to go for some quick shopping in the evening.
