We absolutely loved the Black Sheep Inn. Originally we were gonna stay for one night, ended up staying for two, just because we didn't want to leave. Lovely staff, delicious healthy meals, beautiful views. If you're thinking of going with the shared bathrooms, I encourage it, they are beautiful outdoor Eco bathrooms with the best view from the toilet I've...

This was my second visit to the Black Sheep Inn. I had to go back after my first visit. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice. They provided us with sacked lunches everyday to take on our hikes. There provided detailed photo guides so you don't have to pay for a guide. It is comfortable along with warm showers, wifi,...

Beautiful setting, terrific options for adventure or relaxation, spotless, delicious food, great staff and lovely accommodations! Frisbee Golf was a workout and offered great views and interaction with llamas and alpacas! Walk to town was great and Laguna Quilatoa was magical!

We wrote Black Sheep Inn an hour before arriving and got an email right back. We were equally as welcomed when our taxi arrived at the door. All the guests were already eating dinner, family style, and we were promptly set up ourselves. Armondo greeted us and asked if we'd like to do an activity the next day so he...

Just spent 5 nights at BSI and the entire experience was soul fulfilling. The folks at BSI (Edmundo, Alfredo & the rest of the staff) are the most warm and caring people I have met. They took excellent care in making sure the stay was comfortable, arranged for guides and drivers for the different hikes I wanted to take, and...

The Black Sheep Inn has a bit of a backpackers vibe, but it is great for couples and feels more high end than a hostel. The food was fantastic - vegetarian and delicious. The hiking in the area is amazing - a must do on your trip to Ecuador. We had a private cabin with a double bed and a...

We had a terrific time at the Black Sheep Inn in November 2016. Edmundo and his staff were very attentive to our needs and took excellent care of us during our stay. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at our hotel in Quito and bring us to Chugchilan. Washington was a great driver, pointed out all of...

I had a fantastic stay at the Black Sheep Inn Ecolodge in November 2016. From the delicious three course vegetarian dinner I shared with the other house guests (followed by a magic show and card games) to the directions for continuing my trek up to the Quilotoa crater lake to the to the incredible community atmosphere and beautiful location the...

Had a great time at Black Sheep Inn. Edmundo and his team were great hosts. They recommended hikes that were amazing. Alfredo put on a great magic show! The room was comfortable and clean. We opted for the private room and bathroom. Hike to the room was in itself a feat, but the views were worth it. The vegetarian dinners...
