Food was excellent, not to mention the pool, evening shows, front desk staff (jimmy), massage (Kibibi). The only down size was lack of a gym and the cleanliness of the rooms. Definitely there is a dire need to train the housekeeping staff as to what needs to be done.

Living on past glory, this well located hotel needs major renovations. Good views of the ocean, beach front property on a very busy beach area. Average food, lifeless bars. Good breakfast options. Has mosquitoes in the rooms and no nets. Prices are good

My friend from Scandinavia comes to Kenya every November to visit me. We usually stay at Kenya Bay Beach Hotel, but this time he wanted two nights at Kenya Bay and two nights at the more expensive Whitesands, out of curiosity. I told him Whitesands is a waste of money. It's the same beach! Why pay twice as much? Well,...

We flew to Mombasa on Tuesday 29/11/16, and we were met by the representative of the hotel, at Moi international Airport. Every thing was arranged for us as soon as we got to the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We were taken to our rooms within no time at all. The rooms are beautifully done and...

Finally when given rooms -various issues with the rooms - leaks, no hot or cold water in the other rooms. No kettles in any...

The place is awful and the people are to, no idea what service is. You have to pay for an iron with no ironing bored. The food is poor and for an all inclusive hotel you do not get anything, you have to pay for coke which is not part of the the all inclusive deal, you can not get...

This is perfect even for bag packers but has so much value. The rooms are spacious and really clean. The hotel is amazing and located very close to Cafesserie in City Mall (150 by tuk tuk) and Haller park which are both amazing by the way. I loved this place so much. The beach disappeared when we wanted to swim...

I had the best time here. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle of the city. It's very peaceful. The staff was amazing.Good food and great services and there were breathtaking views of the ocean from the rooms close to the beach. I would go here again and again.

A very cosy and serene location. A perfect weekend getaway, suitable for both short and long stays We just spent a lovely weekend with family. Very immaculate and modern rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view of the Indian Ocean especially from the Frangipani Restaurant, which has amazing finger-licking meals. Offers great opportunity for many water activities.
