Brookside B&B owned and run by the wonderful Karen was a highlight of our trip, the B&B is lovely, large pretty room, immaculately kept, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. The surrounding area is magnificent with local pub and restaurants adding to the experience. Karen is a fantastic ambassador for the Irish hospitality and really enhsnces the B&B experience. We stayed one night in this comfy little gem. Everything has been said by other reviewers - not to be missed. We were advised where to eat that evening and what to have. Great pub and lovely meal.

This was our first experience at a B and B in Ireland. Karen and Alan exemplified the Irish tradition of making one feel welcome. The faclities were exceptionally clean and welcoming. Their suggestions for dinner and visiting the town were right on. We only stayed one night, but wished we would of had an extra night or two. The breakast...

Sadly only spent one night here on a whirlwind one-week tour of Ireland but it was such a wonderful introduction to the country. Karen and Alan were unbelievably kind and gracious hosts and their home was so lovely. We had a beautiful room, fantastic dinner recommendation from Karen, delicious breakfast and wonderful conversation. If I had it to do over,...

My room was spotless and very comfortable, and all the arrangements were faultless. My breakfast was delicious and very plentiful - served hot...

My husband and I thought the Brookside B&B was absolutely lovely. Our first impression was that Karen kept an immaculate home. This simple impression is indicative of the pride Karen takes in everything she does. Our welcome was warm, the breakfast was delicious (she took the time to ask what we wanted for breakfast rather than serve the giant Irish...

While traveling around Ireland we discovered that not all B&B's are the same! Karen and Alan's B&B was a welcome change. Their home was spotless and they were warm and friendly and very helpful about things to do in the area. The rooms were so clean and the bathroom facilities like new. Karen made a fantastic breakfast as well. I...
