Access to the tenuta is a bit problematic if you're not well prepared. Or the GPS has no info or it (google) makes you do a 1h detour. Just drive to Sassetta. Take the road to the south and after 4km you find a sign of the tenuta. It' quite a bit offroad. The owner is a very cool guy,...

This is a family run, small business with 20 rooms. It is a 15 minute drive to Sassetta which is a tiny village, and 20 minutes to Suvereta, a lovely small medieval town. The rooms are quaint, traditional and very clean. The breakfast is generous, with eggs cooked to order, a fresh whole cake baked every morning, endless fresh espressos...

We loved everything about Tenuta di Seripa. The location is fabulous, the accommodation full of charm and character, the owners are very welcoming and helpful. The views are superb, the gardens and grounds immaculate, the food and wine delightful and a really nice swimming pool too. Perfect.

The long road to the House is worth the wait:) As soon as Massimo let us through the gates we could tell this place would be heaven. The view is breath taking it truly is. Hospitality is faultless and friendly. Nothing is too much for them, we wanted ice cream at lunch time, Massimo was there to offer us the...

The villa is somewhat hard to reach, but is located at a really beautiful place. The owner did his best to renovate the historical buildings and that turned out really well. The view is magnificent and the garden is more then peacefull. You will surely come to rest. You'll pay for service, nice breakfast and really good rooms. But it's...

Our group of 12 adults and 5 children spent 9 days at Tenuta di Seripa in September. We had travelled from Australia and met to celebrate a special birthday. It far exceeded our expectations. The villa was in a truly beautiful location, the accommodation very comfortable and super clean and the meals amazing. We discussed with Massimo, the owner each...

Tranquile! It was one of first words what we heard from Massimo - owner of beautiful and well maintened agriturismo house in Tuscany. Agriturismo itself is well maintened and equipped, in the large garden you can spend beautiful days, because there is also large swimming pool. Or you can visit not so far away small town on the coast San...

Our expectations were very high, based on the reviews, the website and the price. Our first impression was a little bit of disappointment, we did not think the place has a "touch of luxury". The place has the same standard as many other Toscany houses offers, it is nice but not outstanding. The location is on the outskirts of Tuscany...

Based on our experience, the Agriturismo does not deserve the high rating it enjoys on TripAdvisor. We had read reviews that explained that signage towards the Agriturismo was not very clear. We understood this to mean the signage on the main road. That signage turned out to be fine, but as we drove down the primitive, unpaved private road, it...

Our family (19 of us!) spent an unforgettable week in Italy at Massimo's amazing estate. Located in a very tranquil part of Tuscany, surrounded by beautiful vistas and lushes vegetation, Tenuta di Seripa is a hidden gem. At night, countless stars above are visible due to the complete lack of light pollution and on the ground, fireflies zoom about in...
