Detailed Reviews
The first time we stayed in Alicante over 3 years ago, was at a five-star hotel, which was OK but a waste of money. At less than half the price, this hotel was an absolute bargain. The spotlessly clean room was more spacious than the “posh” one, and the bathroom also a very good size. It was well located for both a stroll down to the sea front/more touristy areas, also to the market and the older part of the city. The nearest tram station was only a few blocks away if you wanted to go further afield. We had breakfast included in our deal (through Jet2) which was better than we had expected (including proper orange juice with “bits”) When returning to Alicante, we will look no further than this hotel, which also has a sister hotel La City Mercado.

This is a very clean hotel in a great location.
Catch the C6 bus from the airport. On the 2nd floor upstairs and turn right. 10 stops the bus travels in a loop. I bought bus pass from the driver. €2 for the card and €12 for 10 trips.
Bus stops at Renfe Estacion, turn left cross the first zebra crossing then immediate right at the next zebra crossing. The hotel is to your left.
Stayed at the end of Feb in room 404. Paulina who cleans that floor does a fantastic job. The room was spotless and cleaned daily at your request. All staff are pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast is ok. Victor at reception will give you directions to wherever you wish to go. All attractions about a 15 min walk.
You can catch the C6 bus back if you do not wish to walk
Santa Barbara Castle is worth a visit you get a great view of the city. Check out the market, there is a very good place to eat, sardines and prawns cooked well and fresh, bought from the market.
There is no bar it is basically bed and breakfast, but worth it.
I would definitely use this hotel again when in Alicante.

Our stay at this hotel was at a time when the Coronavirus state of emergency restrictions were starting to hit very hard. The staff, especially David, could not have been more helpful and the place was clean, quiet and as relaxing as it could possibly have been in the circumstances! Excellent shower and lots of powerpoints too. They provided breakfast and a basic evening meal at a time when hotels were all closing down for the duration. We were extremely well taken care of for two nights until we left on our rescue flight back to the UK.
We are home now, healthy (so far!) and settling in for a long self-isolation period. Thank you so much!

This gem of a hotel is our go to place when visiting Alicante.
We have been visiting this hotel many times and have always had a marvellous time
It is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful
The breakfast is well presented and has a very good selection of fresh food available to choose from.
The location of the hotel for us is ideal being near the train or tram station
We also like being in a central location near to shops, cafes etc.
The rooms are of a good size and have comfortable beds.
Lovely hot walk in shower with complimentary shampoo and gel. Also tissues, soap and paper cups.
Bedding and towels changed regularly
No complaints at all
Looking forward to our return visit

Easy to find opposite the station. Airport bus cost €3.85 pp. Takes approximately 25 minutes. We arrived 10.30pm. Check in was the usual, show passport and vaccine proof. Our room was on the 6th floor., facing the station. It's very noisy. The hotel had turned off the heat/ AC. So, the room was baking as the window remained shut!! We were not happy that there wasn't even a small bottle of water in the room!! Next morning we were told...they aren't allowed to put one in the room but we could buy one from their fridge!! Work that one out!! The cleaner did an excellent job every day. The doors to the rooms are ridiculously noisey, even when you try to close them quietly. The hotel is in a good position for everything. We tried their continental breakfast on our first morning. €4.80 , it was very small, you can get much better in one of the many nearby cafes. The staff were nice. All in all...would we stay again....No.

I needed an overnight stay before catching a train from Alicante Terminal train station and this hotel was a great choice. The C6 airport bus stopped opposite the hotel and outside the train station. I found the hotel check in pleasant and easy, my room was clean, comfortable with a very good bed. Bathroom was exttremely well equipped with all toiletries, toothbrush kit etc. The bed was lovely and the room soundproof for a great night sleep. There was a bottle of water on the desk and coffee making facilities, there was no milk but I realise I should have called down to the desk to ask for some. It was dark when I got in and next morning I opened the curtains to find a lovely terrace. Continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs. A two minute walk took me to the train station next morning. A very comfortable stay and I would definitely come back here when travelling through Alicante.

We stayed here for a week and the hotel was clean and the staff terrific. Every question we had was met with answer on were to go or how to get there. The room service was great. Our first morning we checked out the breakfast and found it lacking in what we wanted but that is the only issue. If coming from the airport you can take the C6 bus and do not get off until you have reached the train station. You will be almost across the street. The bus driver we had was very unhelpful for this.
The central air worked flawlessly.

Spotlessly clean, everything looked brand new. Perfectly situated for shopping, also very close to the train station. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel as it was very easy. To return to the airport I took a taxi at the train station, very nice taxi driver less than €20 to the airport. A nice safe part of the city. Large balcony terrace a real bonus. Staff all helpful and friendly.

Great location C6 bus from the airport stops outside. Lovely welcoming staff. Large room & bathroom. Comfy beds and fluffy towels. Nice to have a fridge, but a kettle would have been better to make a drink! No bar in the hotel. Continental breakfast a very good standard, plenty of choice including scrambled eggs, pastries, toast, ham, fruit, cereals and lovely Greek yogurt. On a main noisy road, but great soundproofing & black out blinds, slept well. Will definitely return.

We really like staying at this hotel when travelling through Alicante. It is opposite train station for our onward travel and airport bus C6 stops there too.
Our rooms were very clean, comfortable with a well equipped bathroom - bath and shower. Air conditioning was quiet and stayed on all night, unlike some other hotels we stayed at on our travels.
Breakfast is very good, something for everyone.
There are cafes round the corner to have a drink or meal.

Definitely! Was there last night and one in bathroom
The only way to come is the bus number C6.
You should take it at arrivals terminal and go down at Railway station stop, just in front of the hotel.
Yes there is a small bar area and free tea and coffee in reception. Lots of bars round about hotel too.
Yes there is a lift
