The rooms are dated, smelly, some don't even have ensuite or a/c, no meals are provided, parking is horrendous around there. You won't find any space to park on Saturday, so the underground car park 10 mins walk away is the only option but will cost least €12 for overnight. The only thing this place has going for it, is...

Absolutely great for low budget stay. The staff and owner are superb. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are the best I have encountered in all my years of travelling. Nothing is too much trouble for these people. The street and exterior of buildings may be off putting at first but inside the rooms are clean and well presented....

After reading some of the posts I am surprised at the negative reviews it is cheap, cheerful and back to basics. I was charged 30 Euros about £19 to stay in a town centre location not more than two minutes away from the seafront with all the entertainment restaurants plus the casinos. The staff are very helpful and the rooms...

Good location, everything is very near, the beach, promenade, markets, bus...Being in a central zone, the street is very busy with the traffic, noise is huge all day and night, no possible to have a good sleep. During the night people are screaming on the street, across the works on the building start early in the morning, buses and cars...

I stayed here for two nights in a private room with shared bathroom. It is BASIC. The bed was comfortable and there was only a sheet for the bed, no blankets but it was fine because it was the height of summer so too warm anyway. The room was air conditioned but still very hot. The "balcony" is about 2...

Stop thinking about booking, go elsewhere. We couldn't find the place. It has a board outside which is tiny and says Pension on it, you're looking for that, as seen in one of my photos. The room, small and poorly decorated. The TV doesn't pick up any signal whatsoever, the mirror was cracked, the ceiling had defects, the balcony was...

We booked at the last minute and Alicante was full that w/e. Cheap room for 3; small and little bathroom but fine if you're going to be out all the time. On a busy road which was busy all night. But a great location, one row back from the water; walk to loads of bars etc.

Close to everything, means sea, resto, buyings, strolling... No breakfast, but you can use small kitchen on flat. Cheap, worths to stay there, but only a couple of days. Negative points: No lift, some noises from street, even late night hours.

stayed here in september 2013 and can truly say its very cheap and basic for the 25 euros i paid for the night. its right in the centre of alicante and you can see the street from the balcony window. its self catering, so ideal if you just want to sleep there. very hot in the summertime though, no air...

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff were very friendly. However, the room was awful. We stayed in an "en suit" double room. The toilet was separated with a curtain and both the sink and the toilet pipes leaked. This meant that the place smelled like stale urine, imagine the smell of the...
