We have just spent 10 days at the Melia Alicante, staying on The Level. Every single member of staff we encountered on The Level was helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. This reflects the outstanding leadership of Maria Tomas, The Level manager. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is excellent.

Excellent 3 nights in a Suite (Level) . Lucia and Rocio were delightful and a credit to the hotel. Great location . Level reception staff were helpful in recommending restaurants and making bookings . Will definitely return . Perfect for a short break .

This is our seventh visit to this hotel and this is the worst room we have had. When we were trying to talk to the receptionist at the priority booking counter, a woman butted in and instead of telling her she was dealing with us, the receptionist helped her with a map. So much for priority booking! We are in...

My Husband and I have just returned from 5 nights in Alicante. We stayed in the Melia Hotel on The Level. The staff from the moment we arrived were fantastic and so professional and friendly. We were brought to the Level by Jose who was so helpful and most professional. Our room was lovely and overlooking tge Marina. Every staff...

Variety at breakfast is good but the soundlevel is awful, you can hardly have a conversation at yr table due to the noice. What is really good with this hotel is the staff, most of...

I went to Alicante to enjoy my time but this hotel by the beach is literally the worst hotel I have ever been. The management was terrible to their staff, I personally saw how one man was mistreating the girl that was bringing our room service. The young lady was lovely tho. The only good thing about this hotel is...

Typical hotel from the 60s. Nice location, great staff, nice breakfast lounge and breakfast quality, but the facilities are outdated. The elevators are too small, too old and not synchronized. Nevertheless it remains a good option in Alicante, as the location is superb.

Overall excellent hotel and "level" experience, very well positioned next to the marina. The only issue was the air conditioning which was not effective even though it was only May, staff informed us that it is only a water chilled blower system so not proper air conditioning. Staff were also excellent
