Reservation had a room for 4 with terrace but it was not available for renovations, (Importantly, I made the reservation on Booking.com and this type of room was available, I understand that it is not hotel failure). I stayed last Wednesday and I can only say that for sure, it will be my hotel every time I travel to the city for work. The reception girls could not be kinder and nicer. One of them even went out to help me when she saw me coming through the windows carrying a big box. The room very comfortable and with everything you needed. The location is also perfect. Avoid like the plague, the whole hotel had no hot water for two and half days!! Building work is incomplete, the 1st floor smelt of cigarette smoke and plaster from the works being undertaken below. Returned to room one afternoon only to be welcomed by constant drilling from the renovations being undertaken. The hotel have offered free breakfast and 10% off our next stay! Do they honestly think we will be returning.
