The hotel was good for the price, only spend one night. The restaurant food was good and relatively cheap, there was 6 of us eating breakfast and the total came out to around $25 including the tip. The pool did seem a little old.

The hotel is a peaceful and beautiful oasis in this busy town, where you can rest and relax at very affordable prices. In addition to a most agreeable setting, the rooms are very comfortable and clean with French windows opening up onto quiet green lawns. The pool and dining areas are good and the staff most friendly and attentive. In...

I recently stayed at Casa Cantarranas during August of 2015. I called to make a 2 day reservation, the man that answer the phone was very helpful and also they matched the rate that I saw on a website that was a few dollars less. Upon arrival the check in was easy and the bellman was super nice and polite...

We were travelling to my Mother's home town for a wedding and the baptism of our daughter. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) the hotel was better than expected. I was impressed beyond words, my parents, my uncles and aunts all stayed there from Mexico City and all said the same thing. The breakfast buffet...

A group of family members were staying here to attend a wedding. The hotel was very clean and found the rooms to look exactly as they do on-line. The staff there were so welcoming and accomodating as we had a little trouble with the language. The pool could use some rejuvenation as there were some tiles missing, etc. but on...

I stayed at this hotel from 2/25-3/4 and I must say that the grounds are beautiful, well maintained and beautiful to look at from the terrace in your room. From the moment we got off the taxi there was someone there at the front to greet us and help us with our bags (bags were taken directly to our room)....

I spend around 4 nights at this hotel. This was off cause out of season, but never the less, I should be able to heat up the rooms. It was very cold in the rooms! The food at the restaurant is not that good, however the service is good and the people are friendly.

The hotel used to be a very nice place to stay... Sadly it is not what is used to be. The main part of the old hotel is now a college, so the new hotel is just a small part of what the old one used to be. They are down to one pool from the beautiful old three pools....

I have stayed here a 100 times and this is the best hotel in Tehuacan. Feels like you are staying in a quaint Palms Springs hotel. Rooms are spacious and environment is old Mexico. This is the most modern hotel in Tehuacan and just a few streets off the main cobble stone square. Breakfast is the best meal they serve...

“If possible avoid the rooms on the back of the very large property. It has an horizontal kind of design, so even if there are only two floors, you will have to walk A LOT if you are send to the back, which will be awful if you have a bad experience with the electronic keys, because then you will be forced to walk all the wa back to the front desk, since there ARE NO SERVICE PHONES in the corner sofas and tables...”
