Bought as a Christmas present for my partner. Gift voucher lacked detail and didn't look special. Moving forward I expected much better but found it to be terribly what I my gut instinct told me. Gym like facilities staff that need to cheer up / change career or just stick to something where they don't have to communicate with customers....

The Bad: Very poor reception staff. Very poor internet connection, which was ignored by staff when complained about. Had another guest treatments added to my bill, even though the names were different. Took a day to have shower drain cleared. Restaurant staff delivered food and drinks to the wrong table 50% of the time. Bathroom had no ventilation, which is...

I was apprehensive about booking this Spa, however lots of people reassure me that it was wonderful, sadly I should have gone with my instinct as I was very disappointed. My boyfriend called on our way there to book a table in the restaurant, firstly the receptionist could not find the booking under my name? After much searching they finally...

Lovely area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Delicious food in the restaurant, with wide selection of meals both for breakfast and dinner. Spacious and clean bedroom. The SPA and the pool area can get busy at times but there was always enough room to benefit from the jacuzzi and steam rooms. We'll definitely visit again.

Had a lovely break with my daughter. Spa facilities were good and although I was told that it was busy due to it being valentines week, if certainly didn't feel like it. There was plenty of room in the pool and saunas and always managed to get a sunbed. The massage was great. There was plenty of choice at our...

I booked this for myself and my partner for Monday the 13th of Feb hoping that it would be quieter being the day before Valentine's and we'd get more from our experience. We booked a love life spa package that included the room, 3 course dinner, breakfast the next morning and a 25 min back massage each. The rooms were...

We had an overnight spa break on Saturday. First impression from our room was lovely, the view of the lake was really beautiful and had the weather been nicer sitting out on the open terrace would have been great. The evening meal was excellent and staff were all attentive. It's quite weird that people sit in the bar in the...

Booked via spabreaks.com we booked a package that included dinner, bed breakfast, cream tea, 30 min scalp head and back massage and 15 min thalgo eye mask. We did have a few issues throughout our stay (I'm pregnant and this information wasn't passed on correctly via the two companies and the eye mask wasn't suitable, it was all sorted out...

Easy to find, good rooms, comfortable beds. Dinner offered in our package was 3 courses from the main menu. Good choices and service. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Staff even baked fresh maple and pecan pastries as had run out at 10am. Didn't book spa treatments but did use wet rooms. Very busy as valentines weekend and half...
